WENT IN TO PURCHASE A PARTICULAR TOILET, ASSOCIATE PULLED DOWN THE TOILET. PAID AND BROUGHT IT HOME HAD PLUMBER INSTALL SAME DAY, HE ASKED TO COME LOOK AT IT, OH THAT IS NOT THE TOILET WE PURCHASED. ASSOCIATE PULLED DOWN THE WRONG ITEM. NOW STORE SAYS SORRY, COME RETURN IT AND YOU CAN GET CORRECT ONE. PROBLEM IS, WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR INSTALLATION TWICE DUE TO MISTAKE OF ASSOCIATE. MY PLUMBER NOR ANY PLUMBERS DO NOT WORK FOR FREE. HOW IS THIS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION??? NEVER AGAIN...

I received good customer service, even if I waited a few minutes to get the employee to start the process of purchasing a washer, the transaction took a little while not too bad. I wasn't offered any warranties so I figured they don't have any after you buy the washer, I was told my washer would be delivered on Tuesday which is today, I called and asked why no one has called me regarding the delivery of the washer and was asked if I had purchased a window??? I said no I bought a washer what do you mean a window, she said you can purchase a window to get the washer delivered between certain hours, I was never offered a window from the person that helped me, now I have to cancel all of my errands to wait for the washer to be delivered, I believe they dropped the ball.

Customer Service Representative Deanna was fantastic. All employees seem to go out of their way to help. THANK YOU AGAIN.

I've actually been back to the store three times today and every time I came back they were courteous and helpful and just great for a Sunday!!

THIS IS THE CLOSEST STORE. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET WHATEVER PRODUCT I NEED.

This store is our home store, the employees are polite and willing to assist when needed. We go there More than we should. Each time the employees are same and the store is clean. They are always willing to assist when we need it and if they don’t know they get someone that does.

We went into the store to get pricing for patio doors and windows for our home. The sales associate was well informed and very helpful. He reviewed our list and advised us of the items they carry in-stock and the brands that are available as a special order. We received very good service and a very good price.

All the plants I’ve bought at this location have been healthy!

Not happy with cashier , rule and not professional services

This is a hard call...I love Home Depot but it seems that every aisle has some sort of clutter or display in the way. The sales personnel are never available and things are stores way up top in bins customers can't reach. Take a look at other warehouse stores....wide, open and things displayed nicely. I sometimes have to fend off sales people who are eagerly helpful. Like night and day.....so, I say I wouldn't recommend this Home Depot but the location is much more convenient to the freeway so I am captive. If they would clean it up some it would get much higher rating.

What a pleasant experience today. Everyone that helped us with a few home projects were helpful and so friendly. "Millie", the greeter was especially friendly, and the store manager and assistant store manager helped get someone to "jump" my 90 year old mothers car that seemed to have a dead battery. The gentleman, "Joe", "jumped" her car and would not take a tip. Honestly, what could have been a disastrous day, turned in to such a pleasant experience. Customer Service is alive and well at The Home Depot Corona!

The two products I needed in the lumber department were out off stock. But I also needed a new hammer holster a clip on pouch and a new punch set for work. One of the employees in the lumber department named Chris helped me so quickly and efficiently. He knew exactly where everything I needed was and how much it was. Great customer service goes a long way in having a awesome store. Much appreciated!!!

South corona Home Depot is clean kept store filled with friendly workers & people willing to help . I know when I come to this store that I’ll either find what I need or will be assisted in finding it .

I was able to get assistance from the sales assistant as well as the cashier in Customer service/return area. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, especially Ellie and the guy who's unfortunately did not see his name. I was able to find what I was looking for.

The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to go that extra step to help me. Store was well stocked and clean. Products were easy to find.

The cashier got me checked out quickly and even signed me up on a great deal on the home depot credit card!

The staff is knowledgable and friendly. I didn't have any problem getting my questions answered and finding what I needed to do my job.

This stores employees are helpful and very friendly especially the lady's at the service desk Deanna, Sylvia, Daniella and the guy who helped us with are pick up Jose. We love our Home Depot store at S. Corona

This is my hardware store of choice because of the convenient location. I would generally say this store is neat, tidy and uncluttered, but during this visit to the outdoor garden area I found the sand, gravel and cinder blocks area somewhat messy and it took me a few seconds to locate the 1 bag of Vigoro sand I needed to purchase. I would still definitely come back to this store though for my needs.

I had to ask 3 people where to find what I was looking for. It rang up at a more expensive price then displayed. The monitor at self checkout wouldn’t help me so I had to go to customer service. The girl acted like I was an inconvenience interrupting fun with her friends behind the counter. She examined the picture I took of the display to make sure the items were the same. She acted like I was trying to cheat them for $5. She says all I can do for you is return it and adjust the price. It was all I wanted. This is why I shop online.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to make me feel like a customer !!! Last but not least the final person I had contact with was Alexandria, a cashier, who was friendly, fast, and able to look up a price rather that wait for an associate; getting me out and back home to finish the job. That’s the power of the HomeDepot !!!

The managers and employees always do the small things for customers/contractors, even having hot coffee ready in the mornings....I appreciate that. It's a nice touch !

This store is better than any hardware store in the area, stocking plenty of items and keeping the store looking neat. Employees were kind courteous and helpful. Taking their time and being patient with multiple questions. They all seem to know where to look for weird out of the ordinary items. I was assisted by a man named Jason and he was super helpful! Thanks Home Depot. You make it feel like home. Customer service is what sets you apart from competitors.
