Stores always clean on the inside and well organized and well stocked and the staff is always willing to help no matter how big or how small your issue may be or questions. The only issue I see is if presentation is key and will detailed on the inside then it only takes a few minutes to take a look on the outside at the trash cans on the outside of the doors. Today among other days they were overflowing I need to be changed as garbage was spilling out onto the ground and blowing around the parking lot other than that great store always a great shopping experience!

I had a return today, the website clearly states that credit card used for purchases and ID was all you need for a Fast easy return just as when you purchased!!!! I had 4 gallons of house wash and some top cap for 4x4 post that we didn’t use… I was told I HAD to have a receipt! I did not I asked if she could look it up on my pro extra account she said NO. Then said “do you have the card that was used to buy it” I said yes but it was possibly 1 of 5 then she rolled her eyes! Fortunately it was the first card we tried a HOMEDEPOT card. Then we completed the return I gave her my ID and everything and THEN I was told i have made too many returns without proof of purchase!!! Well the thing is I maybe have returned 1-2 other things in the past couple years

I don't shop in the store very often, but every time I do, the customer service is always great. If I purchase lumber, I purchase a fair amount. I always get good quality materials and the loaders are very helpful.

I bought a dishwasher and the employees were great. The store was friendly and clean and took time to help us decide on which model dishwasher to get.

We recently ordered a new countertop to replace one that was made by another company without adequate overhang. It caused water damage to the lower cabinet drawers and doors. Home Depot employees were very helpful and knowledgeable with the new countertop and ordering replacement door fronts. Wish we had gone with Home Depot for the entire kitchen. Buyers beware of “If It’s Too Good To Be True”. It isn’t!

My husband needed help with a shower replacement. Jeb went out of his way to help and ensured my husband had every thing he needed.

Employee Steve Urben went out of his way to provide great service. I was looking for a tool cabinet that was showing on-line but not on the floor, so Steve took me back to a storage location then over to Receiving to look for the cabinet box. Then he found it up high on a rack in hardware. He then loaded the two boxes on a fork truck and brought them through check out and out to my truck. Steve had a great friendly attitude and was a pleasure to work with.

Best customer service period!

It is s shame to pay for products, agree to wait for delivery and the day before it delivered I received an email that the delivery was being Aerostar into 2 days. This was for a bunch of cement.... then only pay off the order was received with no notification about the missing items. I lost 1.5 days of productivity on that job. Next week had an order delivered for a deck and again did not receive everything. I have discussed this with multiple managers and neither even asked or tried to make this right.

I bought material needed to patch and close in my ceiling and roof. I am in process of project and feeling very confident in what needs to be done! Thanks so much

We met a sweet employee, Alicia, back in the lumber department, who happily ripped some boards for us. She was so courteous and friendly. She was genuinely happy to help us get what we needed. She’s an excellent employee!

I shop at this store a lot lately needing to finish a large project started over a year ago. Competitive prices, product availability, and friendly, competent staff...I love coming to this store.

Clean and helpful service

This was a return of an item purchased that had an incorrect UPC attached to the item, another HD store manually adjusted the UPC btu the incorrect scanned barcode showed up on the receipt. The CSR ladies solved the problem forthwith!

I went to buy some plants for my yard and they had quite a variety. More than another store I went to.

Not only do I get awesome assistance when I visit this store, buy every time I walk out with a large purchase, it seems a customer is always volunteering to help me load it into my vehicle. Love this Home Depot!!

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Abundance of the products needed and excellent customer service.

I returned a Toro lawn mower and was greeted outside by a female employee who assisted me with getting a cart for me to use. Another employee bent over backwards to help retrieve a newer Model lawn mower and the third employee, Reid helped me set up for a HD credit card and retrieve for me a product for my lawn mower and to check out. All of the employees that I came into contact with were SPOT ON with their service.

My local Home Depot store (0888) has consistently provided excellent customer service for the more than 10 years that I have been a customer. The employees are reliably cheerful, friendly, competent, and helpful. This cannot be said about the competing blue store across the street. Customer service of this quality is, unfortunately, uncommon these days. I choose to do most of my "home improvement" shopping at this store for this reason.

The South Huntsville Home Depot is very neat and well organized. All of my employee encounters have been quite favorable. They are knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.

Terrie, in hardware, went way beyond the call to find something for me totally out of sight. Yes, it should have been on the shelves, but stuff happens and it wasn't. However, Terrie made it right for me and also put the rest of stock out for others.

Sandra the cashier was very helpful.
