The customer service department really took the time to handle all my needs with respect, and integrity. I was frustrated at first and they handled it very well.

This location is most helpful and friendly of all the hardware stores that I shop at. Craig at the Pro Desk is great to work with! The Pro Referral system is a good benefit for Pros.

Self service checkout attendants were very helpful.

We are very happy with all our house appliances, carpets that we purchased at HD and most of the deliveries. Now we look forward to our new window blinds to be installed.

I had a horrible online interaction with Home Depot. Came to this location for help. Shirley was amazing. Helped me out and was so nice. She is awesome.

It is where I go first to find the things I need or want for home and work. And usually find in stock!

Couldn't find what I saw on line that I needed to buy. A nice young gentleman helped me locate the item, helped load it for me with another co worker then someone helped me also load it into my truck. Great service!

Employees appear to be lazy, rude and not much help.

In general, we saw lots employees walking around or talking with friends but none were around when help was needed. Young employees screwing around when we walked in practically blocking the entrance and didn’t seem to want to move. No offer to assist with loading vehicle with load of lumber even after walking by and seeing the amount of work needed to complete.

We were greeted at the door with a smile and friendly banter. Someone showed up to help us immediately, made recommendations and assisted us to checkout. Checkout was fast and cashier friendly and helpful and arranged for someone to load our purchase. The young man loading our purchase was friendly and efficient. We truly appreciated the shopping experience.

The cashier did not even acknowledge me and then walked away. I asked if she was OK. Without even turning around she said, “fine” All I did was ask for help to get five water bottles exchanged. Not real hard. Very disappointed. There where even adult workers one counter over who watched and never stepped in. I figured with that as an example no wonder the kids act that way.

This visit was efficient timewise. I knew what I wanted and found it relatively easy. This trip would have been simular to any other store's visit had it not been for the checkout clerk at the self-checkout. Ethan was very helpful and patient with my issues there.

The garden area has been continuously stocked way past the other stores. The plants have been healthy and well cared for there. The employees in all area were all very kind and helpful; ready to stop and help answer questions whatever they were doing!

At this S Olathe store #2218 the store employees are always willing to help and go out of there way to get what you need! Great place to shop!!

Wow! okay so want to leave a review but I am being given a list of things not to do so then people who read said reviews arent getting the full picture. Anyways crap service at the checkout being told the employees cant no longer manually input the military discount at checkout. So after going online and talking to someone in the chat feature found out thats a load of crap and I was screwed out of my discount for todays shopping experience. Even after standing at the checkout for 10 mins trying to do the dumb online, scan code BS. Not like a bunch of checkout employees are doing much standing around watching people check themselves out. They can defielty help manually input military discounts. And dont say app phones can only handle so much garbage before they lose storage. Tech is not for everyone so having the simple basics available for the less fortunate should still be an option.

I came to Home Depot to buy herbs, & seeing signage for 3 plants for $12, I grabbed 3. When I rang them up, they were $11.98 ea. I asked if I'd done something wrong, or grabbed the wrong plants, because I thought I'd picked up the 3 for $12 herbs since they were on the same shelf as the signage. Connor told me they'd had a similar situation earlier & promptly adjusted the price of my herbs before I could even protest. Connor has customer service nailed!! This is my forever HD! Thank you! Fantastic shopping experience, thanks to Connor. As simple of an act of kindness and customer service as he showed, it turned my night around, and I could not be more grateful.

There is always someone offering assistance, especially if you are looking lost.

My wife and I bought a new washer! We like the choices to pick from.

Hard to find anyone for assistance. Rarely has a checker available. Employees standing aroung chatting with each other. Chip reader for credit card does not work.

I’ve never had a less professional service like today. One store associate was pranking the one who was providing us service. Distracting her - not once but twice. He thought it was funny. We thought… unbelievable! Disrespectful! Thank you Lesa for being helpful despite the distraction.

This was the most positive shopping experience I’ve had since the pandemic. Plenty of knowledge and helpful employees.

After going to the store 4 times trying to fix a shower valve I had Eric helping me to really solve the problem. You could see he was already tired of the day but he went above and beyond to help!!
