store was clean and easy to find but went it comes for a small questions or help no team members walking around. they should have one person per aisle

Clean store, fully stocked, with very knowledgeable and corteous sales staff.

High quality experience, even during this covid atmosphere ! Felt safe while roaming around the whole store. Sure sign that things are getting normal !

The attention to detail from the assistant manager Jacob and the installer - Jeff, were top notch. They evaluated the situation and made repairs. They stand behind the store and their product. I was very impressed.

I did an online order early morning by late morning I was notified that the order was ready. Went to the store around 5:30 PM the order was not ready. 1/2 the order was out of stock the garden products that was in stock was not ready to pick up. We waited an 1/2 hour for the wood and brick that were "ready'. When asked when were we notified that the order was ready We were told they were short handed..

This Store provides excellent service! I must make a public thank you to John B in Painting and GiGi the cashier! Employees like them really put the HOME in Homedepot! John B with his expert help with me when I wasn’t even in his Department and thought of future customers who might desire the same product in the near future! Gigi with her upbeat personality and natural caring for me! I will continue to shop at Home Depot because of people like them!

GREAT STORE & GREAT PEOPLE WORK THERE!!!!!!

as i said in the store survey i am impressed at how great the store looks: clean, uncluttered, and so well stocked.

Today I witnessed a store associate in the self-checkout line let a customer cut the line even though there were other customers waiting their turn since that is what we as a society do. The customer did not care. The register wasn't working for the previous customer so we all assumed it wasn't working when this customer walked over to self-checkout, saw the empty register and started his transaction. I called him out and he ignored me. The store associate allowed to do it and said to me,"what do you want me to do? I can't beat him up and you can't beat him up". Why do your store associates believe the only way to handle a customer who is not following the rules is to violently attack them? Why did her mind go there instead of saying to the customer that there is a line and you must wait in line behind everyone else who had already been waiting? This was a terrible experience and I will not be frequenting this store again.

We were able to find the product we were looking for after asking an employee. This employee was helpful and friendly. We were happy how clean the store was kept and the inventory was good.

All of the store employees are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the attention we always receive from the people who work at my Home Depot especially our cashier, Latha, who was very helpful with our recent purchase.

Manager was generally not helpful in resolving issues with customers.

After terrible shopping experiences at two other stores, Milltown NJ and Edison NJ, I was really glad to get excellent help from Jahnno at this store. Not only did he help me cut and tread the 2" steam pipe I needed, he was able to help me get all the other parts I needed for my plumbing job. I really wish every home depot store had employee like Jahnno who is very trained and knows how to interact very well with customers like me who rush in a home depot to get parts to complete a plumbing job.

Frank in the outdoor plants department is super helpful. He helped us pick out our Christmas tree and also prepped it for us to take home. Drew in the parking lot helped us tie it down to car roof. This Home Depot location has very helpful staff.

Highly organized store, with lots of parking and "the best Garden / Gardening items." Rental Equipment and equipment quality is the best among other stores. Employee always help me loading large items. If I do not find item, they helped me ordered at homedepot.com
