I've always been able to find what I needed and if they didn't have it on hand they would search it down and find it for me. If another store had the product I needed, they would have it held for me or they would have it delivered to the San Marcos store. Great place to shop by far. I've always been treated with fairness and respect.

Julie was extremely helpful and friendly, was able to find the lawnmower that I was looking for and got me checked out

This is my local Home Depot where the employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is never so busy that I cannot find someone to help me find things.

The San Marcos store is our home store. Today it's raining but I stopped anyway for a couple of items. Julie, a Home Depot employee, was waiting just inside as I ran for the front door. She took me straight to the items I needed, was business-like, professional and friendly. Then she took me to the new checkout area and rang me up. Because it was pouring outside she grabbed an umbrella and walked me to my car. This is outstanding customer service.

In the last few months I visited the store several times and I needed lot of help and advice to complete my projects. I received all the help I needed from the friendly and knowledgable associates. Thank you for the great experience .

Exceptional customer service. If you are not sure about what you need or how to go about a project, this store is the place to go to. The associates here have a lot of experience. Very clean and always has stacked shelves full of product.

Attn Veterans! They would not accept my government issued military I.D. for my 10% discount at this store. Please take your business to another building supply store.

This Home Depot in San Marcos is my favorite! Easy shopping without running into other costumer - great layout of merchandise without overcrowded isles!!! I shopped at other locations - too stressful and hardly any help! The sales staff is very helpful and went out of their way to find what you are looking for! I also shop for my friends and find the items I am searching for easy ! Clean and modern layout of the store !

The manager Boone is one of the nicest people I’ve ever come across in retail. He has made me a loyal Home Depot customer when I was so close to swearing the entire store off.

The sales person that sold me the washer and dryer had great customer service and that is where it ended. I ordered a washer and dryer and they could only deliver it they would not let us pick it up. They knew our washer and dryer was broken and I have elderly members in my household. We had to wait a week for the delivery. on delivery day both my elderly parents waited for the washer and dryer. The delivery company lied and said they were here when they were not. Then they said they could not deliver it until the 27th. I am canceling my order and Home depot does not care about losing a 1500 dollar sale. I need start looking for a new place to buy our replacement washer and dryer.

The personnel at this HomeDepot (It has to be the same at all HomeDepots) are always friendly. Here and there you will encounter a bad apple but for Christ’s sake where do you not!

Purchased a Christmas Tree. Brought it home and took about an hour to put it together only to find out several tree branches did not light up. I called the help line and the store manager. Store manager said he would have someone come to my house and deliver a replacement tree and pick up the defective one. No one showed up. Had to pack up the tree and return the tree myself and got my money back.
