Great store

Great store, great service. The staff at the service desk was a little young but accurate and business like . Britany was serious and confident. She ordered a 24,500 BTU air conditioner for us and we received it earlier than expected. The air conditioner was an LG and is working great. We placed it in the wall of our garage into the dining room and it is cooling all of our square footage perfectly. Beautiful white product fit perfectly .We are very happy so far.

The online pickup service desk was very efficient and courteous. I really appreciated the team working together there to serve the customer.

Only store in the area and have never had an issue before but today’s service was horrible. Was ignored by associates had to go to customer service twice to get help since the shelf was empty but plenty on the top of the shelves. Manager did not even come to talk to me. Took over a half hour to get service help! Not the way to retain customers.

Scottsboro Home Depot is one of my favorite places to go. The employees are always helpful and friendly. I like the fact they they allow me to bring my dog in with me. I always feel inspired to do more fun projects when I walk through the store. The store is always clean and if I need assistance with anything, someone is always nearby to help me.

I had called needing a dryer and Mrs.Toni McClendon went above, giving me time to look at them on line before I decided what to buy!.. Sherry

Good place to shop

This is our "home" store and each time we've stopped in to pick something up, big, small or in between, we were met with friendly, knowledgeable associates. Our questions are quickly answered and help is offered before we ask, more often than not. The store is always clean and the associates are readily available. Love our Home Depot!

Overall a very well run store. I drive by two other stores for the following reasons: variety and choice of stock; nearly always a helpful associate available; the 10% military discount

i enjoyed my shopping experince at this store and enjoyed talking to the employees that knew what kinda products i wud like and there atchments that went with the item.

I love this store! Iv been in many Home Depot’s but this one is by far the best! They always greet you with a smile and assist you without hesitation to make sure you get exactly what you need!

This is one of my favorite Home Depots because just about every employee I've encountered has been cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. The store itself is nicely stocked, well-designed and clean. Unlike some of the other home improvement stores, it's not hard to find an associate when you need help.

The store offered Veteran's Reserved parking. All the store employees that I interacted with were cordial, friendly and knowledgeable.

Everyone looking for an over all clean store. Well stocked shelves. Sweet friendly customer service. Smiles that brighten even your children day. Shop here for an experience you won't ever forget.

The customer service manager, Shelia, is very good at her job. Thank you very much for all you've done on our Kitchen Remodel project. I give you 5 stars. The sub-contractors were fantastic. They did a very good job, and were mindful of time, house prep, cleanliness, and interacted well. I give them 5 stars. The Kitchen Design individual was not punctual on design layout, nor on target with additional costs on the countertop. I gave up on her after two weeks. And I gave her 2 stars.

The employees are always friendly and willing to help. The store usually looks good and is well organized.

Thanks For the help with the lumber that I purchased. Associates were very helpful. Lady at checkout was very nice also.

I spent several days looking at stands for my miter saw. The day I came in the young man working in the lumber dept. was very helpful. Not only did he stand and talk with me about the product, also explained what others who have bought from store thought of the product. Delisa was my cashier and was very nice and polite. After the purchase the young man was there beside me to assist me to the truck with the item and helped me load it up. Give this guy a raise.

Fred was excellent with assisting me with questions I had regarding appliances. I have been shopping around for new appliances for years and because he was able to answer my questions (which so many have not even bothered doing so in the past) I decided to purchase the appliance suite that exact day. The world needs more employees like Fred!

Staff are friendly, products available are good, and the store is clean and neat

Currently waiting on refrigerator replacement as delivery company delivered wrong one. It was several weeks before we discovered wrong one was delivered (my fault) as it was set in garage until we was ready to install since we are building a new house. Been over 2 weeks since first contact woth store and new refrigerator has yet to be ordered as this review. Everyone blames someone else.

The associates working tonight. Monday June 17th impressed me on their knowledge and friendliness. Will tell everyone we know.

Clean and friendly atmosphere

The store has always been neat and easy to get around in when I was there. The workers there are always nice and helpful. I rarely need help to find stuff, but its nice to be spoke to and asked if I need help.

Very nice and clean store AND the employees are super friendly and helpful! As a woman with little knowledge of tools and hardware, it was awesome to find such knowledgeable women!

I love your store and most time the associates are very helpful but I did not enjoy waiting for over 30 minutes at the paint counter for someone to show up to help me.
