Shopping at the Shallotte, NC Home Depot was an enjoyable experience. Service was great and everything was arranged and organized properly.

The cashier in the garden center was efficient and friendly. Her name is Amanda. Other employees in the garden area asked if I needed assistance, and the 2 guys were genuinely friendly.

Great customer service. No shortage of employees eager to assist.

From entering the store until we left the store, we were treated with excellent service. Everyone was so helpful in everything we needed. We did not need to wait more than a moment for someone to find the right person to answer our questions in the lawnmower department. From what I could see, the store was neat and organized as well as clean.

Loading zone blocked by contractors vehicles. Was told zone only for commercial loading. Store does not appear to want retail customers. My load of lumber was bigger than anything loaded while I was there. Had to use roadway to load. Told to move since I might block contractors vehicles while I loaded. Staff didn't help at 1st because we were outside the loading zone. Most Contractors not loading anything. Parking while they do paperwork or discuss projects at Pro Desk. People having to back out of the loading zone with loaded trailers and trucks.

I will buy all I need for this home improvement and for any future improvements at this store. This is a second home for us and we are always doing some improvements as with any home. The people plus is that this is the beach house.

The associates are amazing. Did not wait 2 minutes in the department for someone to ask if they could help us. Pleasant and friendly and SO helpful. Will definitely give them all my home improvement business. Love this store.

I was on a mission yesterday looking for a Washing Machine. Had a bad experience with one Store so I trekked to Home Depot and from the time I entered the building until the moment I left the experience was great. Purchased the Washer and the employee helped me a lot both showing me what products were available until she (Amanda) checked me out.

Wonderful and Knowledgeable employees! Shout out to Candy at the Pro Desk, her knowledge and Customer Service knows no bounds!

I received assistance shortly after entering the store. John was amazing! He assisted me with gathering the items on my list, He also suggested additional items that would be needed for the job that I wasn't even aware of. John also loaded the items after I was checked out by Cashier Larry, who was friendly and didn't appear to be irritated by the bulky purchase. I was amazed at the level of customer service I received at the Shallotte Home Depot Store. Should you need assistance/guidance from a home improvement store, I strongly recommend the Shallotte Home Depot Store.
