The store is clean and well stocked. Appliance department is staffed with knowledgeable employees, who are very helpful in making a decision on purchase. Appreciate the plumbing department is staffed with a former plumber. All employees friendly and willing to help.

Rita in the garden center needs to be properly trained. She is very rude and calls people theifs. Takes social security numbers for a gift card purchase, she is a scammer.

I had a very good experience at this store, thanks to Joe and Angela. With the help of Joe from garden I got the garden tiller that I needed. The one I purchased was not the same model I was looking for, but it has almost all the features I was looking for and it works better than I expected. Thanks Home Depot.

Employee helped me order a grill on line that was not in stock and had it delivered to my home. Very grateful.

This store 0443, customer service has changed dramatically in the 2 years I have lived in this area. The employees are more helpful in assisting, making just a few suggestions to help and actually this gives more sales. to H.D. They speak with kindness knowing that even the customers have a bad day sometimes. The tone of the employees voice makes a difference on whether to return or not. When you treat others the way you would Like to be treated, then you are giving GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Most of the employees were cheerful and helpful. Store was clean and pleasant. I was disappointed that I could not combine a pallet discount with a military discount since one is for buying an entire pallet of material and the other is for my military service.

You better make sure before you buy something heavy there will be a person that can actually help you!! I went to the store this week,,I had bought a glass shower door, some fascia boards which are 16 ft long, joint compound and other heavy stuff. Mark the Pro Loader didn't want to load my shower door because the box was damage and he didnt k ow how to get a good grip,,so instead of thinking of a solution he just tells me he won't load it,,finally a manger makes him put saren wrap around it and loads it and he gets so upset. He just put my door in the truck and didn't help me load the boards nor the boxes of joint coumpond he just left and was wondering around I had to go ask another employee to help me. So disappointed !!

This is one of the best run stores I've ever visited. Manager Marcus and his entire crew go out of their way for you at every turn. It is very clean, has a large inventory, and I always look forward to another excellent visit every time I have a project.

It's so nice to go where everyone knows your name. Folks at this store are personable and friendly. They want to share their knowledge and help me make my projects a success. This is my first choice when shopping for home improvement products.

I love this store. When we first moved to Sierra Vista and went to various stores, we were either ignored or had to almost beg to get someone to wait on us. We have shopped multiple times at the SV store, big ticket items, small ones, and it doesn't seem to matter to the employees. They are always friendly and helpful. It's a welcoming store to visit.

The employees at Home Depot are always friendly and helpful. Each time I leave the store, I leave with a peace of mind knowing I was given good advice and the right products. Its very helpful when you go in such a large store and immediately you are able to find associates eager to help and knowledgeable.

The store is clean, staff is usually friendly if you can find them, but only a few have any practical knowledge. The paint center seems to be the best when it comes to actual knowledge on products.

We have been to the store three times and every time the employees have been exceptionally customer service oriented, helpful, smiling, and seeming to genuinely love their jobs. Just an incredible shopping experience. Smiles everywhere! And checking out in the self-serve line with Gianni is like having a cashier by your side!

This trip to the Sierra Vista Home Depot was just as expected. I found what I needed and had normal, good interactions with the Store Associates. What did impress me was the what happened to the customer checking out in front of me. Katherine, the outdoor cashier was assisting an elderly lady. I was amazed by the patience and expert-level of customer service. Katherine and her customer service skills is the reason that I make this Home Depot my store of choice.
