We've been making quite a few trips to Home Depot during a bathroom project and always get good service, friendly employees. One trip stands out because Scott went out of his way to accommodate us and get us what we needed. Good customer service is priceless.

I’d consider myself a pretty experienced DIYer, have built simple houses & buildings from cement slab up, framed roofs, & have experience with pretty much every type of home Reno & fixing up possible, but when I bought a home of my own - ALL the things to do, tools to buy & ideas to consider… it came be overwhelming but Home Depot has made it easy anytime I need anything. If I know what I need, I can go in, get it & be out quickly - if I need advice or insight onto a project - there is always someone available with the knowledge or expertise to advise & I just super appreciate it! Home Depot is probably my favorite store ever & I’m glad it’s this one that I live closest to. Store is always clean, organized, stocked & efficient even when very busy. Happy to shop here again & again!

I Love shopping at The Home Depot, they have alot of different merchandise. And most of the employees are very helpful and friendly.

If you plan to shop at Home Depot on a Saturday you should be aware that customer service will not go out of their way to help with anything and will say the following - “ do you not know it’s Saturday? Do you not know where short staffed? Do you not know the store is very busy?“ Other staff members may insult your children during your shopping experience as well.

Becky helped me clean up the paint and then proceeded to help me check out. Paint was all over my hands and the handles of the cans.

I was shopping for back splash for my kitchen, after checking oth stores, I found exactly what I was looking for. I LOVE OUR STORE!!!!

We have purchased a sliding glass door which is still forthcoming. We have purchased lumber/wood (2x4s) for our deck(s), etc. as well as blinds, plants, & flowerpots over the last 10 years. Only recently did we register to receive a discount on purchases due to building projects. .

I recently bought my kitchen cabinets and countertops here and it was super easy and at great price with great quality. They had visuals for me to see the outcome of my purchase. They had all the material I need and help me choose it.

I had many questions and Walt, the salesman was eager to answer all my questions. He knew the answer to each of my questions right of the top of his head except for the exact size of the machine i was buying but, he quickly looked up the answer and even printed it out for me

I went to Home Depot and when I couldn't locate the specific item, Ross located the item in storage and handed it to me with a smile. He knocked it out of the park.

Called into the Sioux City store yesterday to order an appliance. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and willing to help. What I wanted had to be ordered. Both people I spoke with her very helpful in getting what I wanted in a timely manner. Great store with great people. Recommend shopping here.

I went in needing a chisel for a project. I realized that I had to use the restroom. So as I went over, barely starting to crown. A forklift driver was closing down the way to the restroom. He saw I was in need and let me thru. I got there in time. It was like birdshot.

If your in the market for new appliances stop and see Walt in the appliance department. He was very helpful patient and knowledgeable about all the appliances. We will definitely be back and will be recommending him for future appliances orders. We have a home depot in our hometown but chose to make the drive for better service.

I like their garden center. It's probably the best kept one and the prices and selection are competitive. They're also good at marking things down on clearance so sometimes you get a really great deal if youre lucky! The mask policy makes me feel at ease while shopping as well. Thank you for caring for your employees and others! P. S. Scott's a pretty great employee too btw, ran across him a couple times now, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable :-)

I really liked that when I bought my water heater, carts to take it to the front were right by the water heaters. I didnt have to walk a mile to find one. I also liked that employees were nearby and were eager to help. Check out with Martha D. was friendly and quick. I had a pleasant shopping trip. Thanks!

Store was pretty clean. A lot of friendly and helpful employees. I was greeted on my way in and thanked on my way out. My over all experience at the Home Depot was great.

A very competitive store but needs more qualified employees the few good knowledgeable employees on nights like Dennis at the customer service desk and Martha on the floor on cordless power tools side. Are constantly overwhelmed by the constant calls from there other co worker that seem to not try at all to learn there job. And rely on them both to help them figure out there issues on a daily basis.

Karina in paint helped m choose the color I wanted for my room. Quinten was friendly when I went to check out.

convenient location, friendly staff helped me load items in the truck. Store has limited inventory on certain items. Staff helped in finding items and guide me through self checkout
