Purchased appliance online and paid for installation services at this store. Appliance was not available at the time and order was cancelled, but store installation gave us a run around for over two months to refund the installation price paid. After couple personal visits and number of phone calls, resolution manager had to step in and made the refund on store's behalf

Everyone was very helpful, store was clean . Will definitely be back , sooner than later

Unplugged my sump pump when installing the furnace. Forgot to plug it back in. Flooded my basement

This store is by far the best in Customer Service. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and understanding. I love coming to this store as my first choice due to customer service.

This was the second this week, I shopped at store #2744, and the stocking levels were incorrect. I was given all of the other HD Stores stocking levels. I had to drive past the competitor's store to get to this store or to get to another HD store. I had to go back to the competitor store to purchase what I needed because it was closer than the other HD store.

The store was clean and pretty well organized. Employees seemed scared to greet guests. I know Home Depot strives to be number one in customer service. Greeting each guest would be a great start.

i ordered plug, for facial treks decking on nov 11th. its dec 12th. trx has not delivered them yet. i have spent $5,000 for the there decking product. they Haven't even given a curtesy call , I don't even know if they are still in business.. they have-not even contacted home depot..what is the statues???? no one knows order id (h2744-114788 0 arrival date 12/03/2020

Store is clean, the shelves are usually stocked well. The people walking around the store always ask if they can help you with something. Very pleasant people

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me find what I needed. They went above and beyond. The self check out was quick and easy and the clerk, William, was outstanding in helping.

This is my favorite location because they are neat and friendly and they always have what I need or good alternatives to help me save money.

This has become my go-to store since it is close to my home, has convenient hours, and I consistently and easily find exactly what I need in all areas. I have purchased carpeting (with installation), ceramic tile and the necessary supplies to install it, new one-piece toilets, new kitchen sink and faucets, paint, lumber, indoor/outdoor plants, and much more and have been satisfied all around. Moreover, the personnel are experienced in the areas where they area assigned and knowledgeably answer questions about any project. That's why I keep going back!

The associates at this location are so helpful! From the time we are welcomed in the door, we are surrounded with knowledgeable people willing and able to help. We so appreciate that as well as the cleanliness of the store.

Every time that I am in the Canton Store I am able to find what I am looking for. And each of their associates are very helpful and courteous as well. I was in the store a few days ago to order a new entry door and Rich was very helpful. There is a lot of information that is needed and he was able to go through the process with me. I would recommend this store to everyone.

The employee Lillian at the customer service desk discriminate against me every time I shop at this location. She is rude and has poor customer. She has also refused to help me when I asked for assistance.

If I need to wear a mask, they should more so wear theirs, the right way. Lisa is very rude, she needs to work on her customer service.

Do not go to this store if you have older or immune compromised people in your home. THE EMPLOYEES were not wearing masks (Icounted 5) and even though I was, had a couple of these maskless employees come within a foot of me. The mask rule isn’t being enforced, the 6 foot rule isn’t being enforced. Very dangerous place to be, especially since we are still in lockdown

I Used the online order, pickup at the store to place an order. A day later I Was notified my order was ready for pickup. When I got to the store to pickup. My order had not been pulled , I had to wait longer than if I had not used the convenience service offered. Needless to say this customer will not be using their service again, NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Lumber not is stock. And when you do find it, hopefully you had retrieved a cart from the parking lot before going into store. Otherwise you get to go out find one and then wait in line to get back into store.

The cashier William was warm and friendly during a moment of crises. I found it to be the best experience because he was patient and helpful. More people and stores should have people like this for customer interaction.
