The customer service at this store is unbearable; these kids they hire have not ideas what it means to provide customer service or provide customer satisfaction. All they want to do now is stand behind that glass shield and say I don’t handle that; not that I’ll call someone for you!

Customer service is horrible. The cashier's have a rotten attitude no one wants to help any one, If they don't want to be there why don't they go home and give the job to someone else with a much pleasant attitude. I didn't send COVID here.

My delivery was supposed to be delivered June 19th and it was rescheduled for the next day without anyone contacting us. Well it's June 20th and still no delivery. Forget about customer service answering the telephone.

I paid for someone to come take measurements for a quote for new floors and have yet to receive the quote back from the flooring department. It has been 8 days since the Home Depot employee came to my house and told me I would receive a quote on Monday morning... I will be going and demanding a refund Monday because it will be 10 days since they came out to my house. I’ve called 10 times and have been HUNG UP ON 10 TIMES!!!! Because I could even say a word. Don’t shop here if you’re planning on getting new floors. By far the worst experience I e had. Lost me as a customer after this.

To say that I received poor customer service would mean that I actually received customer service at all. After three associates turned me away without helping I finally had to contact the manager to get a simple question answered I do not recommend the store and I will not shop at this location ever again

The store appeared to be preparing for inventory or something like that. Some of the aisles were blocked with items & some items were wrapped in plastic.

Our carpet shopping experience there was awesome! The guy who measured our rooms was excellent and very knowledge. I would always recommend this store

If I could give no stars I totally would! Employees are untrained and unwilling to help. Been waiting 7 days for someone to call to set up installation of a garage door opener...even though the contract states 2 business days. Have called and went up there and still have no answers. Trish the ASM is clueless to everything. This Home Depot is dirty and no one cares. If I had to do a comparison between this Home Depot and the other Home Depot’s & other hardware stores in the area I would say it’s equivalent to McDonald’s vs Chickfila. I wouldn’t go in there if I didn’t have to. Today I will be cancelling my contract and finding someone else to do the work. Don’t shop here it’s a disappointment! I’m not sure who is running that store but they shouldn’t have a job!

Friendly staff extreamly knowledgeable and always smiling..

Extremely helpful employees. We bought a big over the range microwave. Employees took it down from the display, gathered up every thing we would need to install it, rolled it up to the cashier for us, then helped load it into our SUV. Cashier was very efficient and knowledgeable about buying the extra warranty. Excellent transaction.

I love visiting Home Depot. The associates are always friendly and willing to help. I visit the garden center almost daily. LOL. This is by far my favorite home improvement store!

Cashier Angela is the kind of employee you hope but sadly very seldom meet when you go shopping. She is a special employee!! Hope corporate appreciates her!
