Everytime I go to Home Depot I dream. The big selection in door frames and windows., Lighting's ceiling fans oh my and the many ideas I get for remodeling and everything is there. Just there I don't have to go anywhere else. I want this I want that. It feels like Christmas. And all the employees are wonderful knowledgeable elves. They make things happen. They help me find what I need. The garden area is nice I always have to buy a pot or plant or soil. I love home Depot. The parking lot is clean. The aisles are wide shelves are stocked and organized.

Had a bad experience, we tried asking for help and the person literally rolled his eyes before helping us. we really felt like we just inconvenienced them .

Great customer service, employee went above and beyond to help me locate the item I needed, even offered to locate at another store if they didn’t have it in stock.

Very great store new managers new products on the floor everything is in hand right place right time very good store.

Place was clean and okay I just don’t like self checkout if I’m going to do it give me a discount for saving you money by y’all not hiring sufficient checkers

Usually a pretty nice store, friendly employees, etc. This time, not so much. Found product easily, couldn't find anyone to help me (employee-wise) but a customer assisted me with a heavy item. Due to Home Depot's typically poor lighting, it's hard to tell if it's clean or not. Cashier got to work on the "people-skills."

Store is very well stocked with everything I need and employees are most courteous and helpful.

Shopping the store is easy as nd employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Add to the great customer service experience, the fact that I can use the home depot app on mobile phone makes everything 100 times better and faster in my busy day. Products are easy to find employees are friendly and knowledgeable, the store is clean and safe to walk around in.

Took my grand daughter for several time for the kids activities on 1st Saturday of the month and until now theres still no kids aprons

Customer Service was excellent.

A fellow customer helped me load some lumber onto a cart.

Front door says they honor PayPal, apparently they do not. Nor do they support any form of pay-by-phone or Mobile pay. And are also not interested in working with customers that might want or need to pay by phone, even if they have an HD account but do not have an IS on person. Supervisors were not interested in going an extra inch.
