Store is very clean and everything is easy to find. The workers are very helpful and l love the location and hours of the store for my area. Also has good prices on light fixtures.

In general we always enjoy shopping at Sylacauga store. We drive there instead of shopping at our Alexander City store because many times the garden plant selection is larger and other items can be found we can't find in Alex City. However, we've never had a bad experience in Alex City either. Love the Sylacauga store.

This store has a variety of products to choose from and most always in stock. If not can be ordered via on line with fairly fast delivery. to store or home. Associates are usually available for assistance and assistance can always be acquired at the checkouts if needed. Associates are friendly and willing to help with projects and strive to keep the isles clean and clear for shopping convenience.

95% of associates are friendly and very helpful and have knowledge of what they are selling. Unfortunately, there is about 5% that will run and hide if given the chance or will just walk by if you ask a question and say they'll send someone.

Good store. USUALLY don't try and sell you things you don't need. Once an employee gets to know you and your job needs, they are exceptional with assistance. Try and stay to the one's you work with regularly, that will stop stupid sales that you don't need. Example, paint. Be wary there.

ALWAYS NICE PEOPLE AT THIS STORE AND VERY VERY HELPFUL

I am a woman and I would like to see a Mother's Day tool gift section for mom in the store. I would suggest screw drivers, sockets, tape measure, regular hammer, drill case, screws with drillbit already on tips, in a zippered colorful pouch just for her. I hate having to hunt for these things all the time when I can have them all together just for me!

Good store, plenty of products, friendly representatives.

This store use to be great, the last few times we have tried to shop there we seem to have great trouble getting anybody to help us with the lumber. The rental center , cashier's and the service desk try to help but no one will help with lumber selection
