I'm not sure what to say about the rating or recommendation. Sometimes Home Depot is the best choice even though some products are limited. I'm fortunate enough to have a Home Depot 4 miles away and a large competitor 1 mile away. I shop at both. I have a feeling this HD will say "good help is hard to find" but the customer service has declined many-fold over the last few years, while other similar store's service has increased. We started shopping at this Home Depot in 1994 and always had great service, now they've turned into a "box" store and a few clerks who "might" know the location of what you want but have little idea how to advise us. I've purchase too many things that were wrong for the project but advised by clerks to get anyway. In short, fool me once shame on me, now you've fooled me too often shame on you. If I need a specific thing you carry I'll buy from you, but mostly now I'm going elsewhere or the small hardware store down the road.

They have everything in the store.

If you're in the store, look for Mac, he's an associate who knows the meaning of customer service. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you, Mac.

On the survey, I made an error & will always be shopping at this Home Depot! I always find what I'm looking for & the associates are knowledgeable in their Depts/Fields! Also, you have a disabled Cashier that deserves recognition for doing her job beyond what is required of her! She was prompt, nice & positive!!

Great help in the paint department. Dan is so nice to work with and helpful. He has matched paint for me from little scraps of paper with blobs of paint on them... we are 3 for 3 now! Store is clean and most people there are very helpful.

I was extremely overwhelmed by the size of your Tewksbury, Home Depot. Not to mention I had no idea what isle would have what I needed. I wish your store would allow your website to work on my phone (in store) to give me a "you are here" and directions to where I can find the product I was looking for. For example: **a. Have a directory or a few directories through out the store (similar to the ones at Rockingham Mall has). i.e. show you where you are, list products alphabetically, show you how to get to what you need **b. WIFI specific to your website (virtual reality) -shows where you are -gives you directions, amount of steps, isles etc. -assists in finding employees as well

I had an absolutely horrific experience within the store but a great experience up front with the cashiers, they were friendly and made me laugh which made the experience better. However, I ended up dealing with Brianna from the floor section and the entire time she disregarded my existence and did not want to help me AT ALL... she was swearing like a sailor and laughing and yelling with her friend and literally walked away into the back and hid away when I attempted to ask for help..... Darlene was very helpful when I asked where something was and I also met Codie, Jeffry and Roberta up front who were all very helpful and funny and overall full of joy. I was rung up by Nery and she was new, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and she was a very kind and sweet lady. Overall my experience was okay by the end of it but the first impressions were god awful.. Thanks.

Store has a lot of merchandise to choose from. Prices are good

This is our store go to store for all home improvement and outside projects. Store is always well stocked and employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Frequent sales help us save money and it is always a pleasure to shop there. As a veteran, the 10% military discount also enables us to save on all purchases.

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Moved here 3 years ago and have frequented other Home Depots, but this particular store has it all.

Being a home improvement contractor I spend a lot of money on building supplies and tools, and I shop at the Tewksbury Home Depot quite a bit because it is convenient, they usually have what I need, the prices are competitive, and the staff is for the most part helpful and knowledgeable.

Store was Very Clean, !! We Got Our Paint the sales person was Nice to Talk With and Check out Was Done Well,

As far as the employees they are wonderful and courteous, the store is kept neat and clean. I am quite happy shopping here.

This store is well stocked and organized. Sales personnel are helpful and knowledgeable about the products in their departments. Shopping experience was satisfying; as I found what I needed at a fair price.

I got charged for things I did not buy. Very few people in store know where anything is.
