This store has the best sales reps. They are always pleasant and very helpful. Nancy in particularly is very knowledgeable about what you need and where to find it in the store. The store has enough sales people to help you. Not like the other store in our town which has hardly any one to help you. Love this store, and I have spent lots of money here when I built and addition to my home. Always ready to help.

This store is very clean and organized. Very easy to find anything that you might need and there is always someone near to help if you are having trouble locating your material. I have never had a bad experience at this store.

I always have a great experience when I shop at the titusville Home Depot. I love the ladies at the pro desk. Sally and Anna are great it would really be sad to see one on=f them leave.

Great store, clean and has friendly staff that on 2 occasions, I noticed they went out of their way to be friendly and assist. I like this store over others that are closer to my home.

I would not recommend buying appliances or any other thing that you can not pick up. If you buy something for delivery Home depot has no envovlement. You are at the mercy of the distributor or the delivery company. I had damaged washing machine delivered and went to the store for guideance or information on what came next. I am at the mercy of an automated phone call telling me when the next delivery will be without my input. Most people have jobs and or obligations. You can't even let them know what is good for you. it is either their way or no way. I have not been able to speak to a live person. So I will continue to have to take time off work to meet "Their schedule". When I went to the store they really diddn't care about my inconvience because the purchase was made.

The people at this store are great. I live closer to the Merritt Island store but I choose to go to the one in Titusville. They are always friendly and most go out of there way to help you. Sally and Anna who work the pro desk, they are awesome. I hope they are there for as long as I shop this store for my business.

This store does not give Veterans a discount on Building products !

Josh from the paint department went above & beyond to help me correct a color error I had made. He was so patient & kind trying to figure out how to manually adjust the shade of paint I had purchased in error. He continued to work on "the formula" as I was running back & forth to my house trying to match the color he was manually created.

I was impressed with the staff and the assistance I received from store #6871 in Titusville, Florida. The staff was able to help me with a specific problem that another "big box" store was not able to do for me. As a result I will continue to be a loyal customer of Home Depot in Titusville, Fl.

The associates are always friendly and happy to assist! They didn't have what I was looking for on the shelf, but customer service verified they had them in stock, and another associate got it out of inventory for me!

I would like to thank, store manger frank for having such an awesome team of employees there very knowledgeable at what they do, especially the PRO desk Curtis fender, Sally Sullivan, and Anna Torres and James from doors, jim and bobby from lumber and Marco go above and beyond customer service this is why I shop Home Depot Titusville I purchase all my materials there and transport them to various job sites throughout Brevard county,thank you to all, an the awesome job you guys do, MR James Settle.

Was laughed at for asking about an item I found on their website. Was told they don't carry it and he could sell me several smaller packs. (These were more expensive) Left that person standing there, looked up the aisle and bay # online and instead asked another associate for directions there. Found it easily . Saved myself money by looking online beforehand. Only went there because Lowes didn't have the big pack. Won't do it again. I'll plan ahead and order online somewhere else.

I have found myself more so than not in Home Depot compared to Lowe's. I like using the online feature and then picking up the item at the store directly. This feature allows someone that has a difficulty walking to be able to pick up their needed items and not have to tire themselves out walking the store looking for what they are interested in buying.

I shop at this store a lot and have always been satisfied with the service.

The associates at this Home Depot really know their stuff and have exceeded my expectations in regards to excellent customer service!!!

Very courteous and customer focused especially Sonja! She helped me as to where the Merritt Island store did not. I recommend this is the location to visit.

I have yet to go in this store and be helped. Women often are the money spenders with Honey Do lists. Had I not had to call the store from inside the store for assistance. The manager had to help and he had Tiffy finish helping me. IF Not for her I would give this store 1 star. I will go to her with my item list from now on.
