I looked all over for a sliding glass door and they had and held it for me to pick it up. I live over 50 miles away. They were great.

Helpful employees made shopping easier and faster

I went to buy my husband a specific charger and shop vac he wanted. I encountered Bob S. And Lionel as soon as I entered the store. They helped me get the exact items I needed and were so knowledgeable about the products and where they were. The trip was so simple and pleasurable. Really nice guys.

Mina was our salesperson. She helped us select a washer and dryer. Extremely pleased with her customer service. If your in the market for a washer and dryer ask for Mina at Home Depot in Toms River she was great

We went in just to browse any sales and get an early start on Halloween decorations and we were excited to see the 12ft skeletons in stock. Unfortunately our vehicle was too small to transport the box so we decided to get a truck from their rental area. Never in my life has an employee made me feel so rushed and stupid. The woman working at the rental counter on 9/3 kept speaking over the young man trying to ring up my purchase and treated us like idiots when we had trouble pulling up our car insurance to rent the truck. My husband just had to make a quick update to his USAA app but the woman got nasty and asked “Are you renting a truck or what?!” She then proceeded to step outside numerous times to smoke and play around on her phone. She wasn’t even in uniform and we didn’t even think she worked there at first. God forbid we couldn’t bring up our information in less than thirty seconds!

The women who assisted us(Laurie M.) was very rude to our group while trying to purchase 2 appliances. Laurie told us that we had to make an online order with at the store versus doing it online ourselves. It made no sense, but we were there already and conceded. She then charged us for shipping on an item $421. There were signs EVERYWHERE saying free shipping on items >$399 but still continued to tell us we HAD to pay the shipping. She was rude and incompetent throughout the entire transaction. She messed up both of our orders. We had to go and spend an additional 30 minutes at customer service rectifying all the issue Laurie created. She obviously needs retraining. Diana in customer service was amazing. She fixed all of the issues and was pleasant throughout the entire experience. SHe even had to call home depots customer service number and have DOT.com fix all of the errors Laurie made. She was the only positive.

I could not believe the service that my husband and I received at our trip to Home Depot. Who would have known that shopping at a Home Depot could be that enjoyable.

stopped in to buy item for kitchen, i asked for help from one of the employees,,guy dropped everything n walked me right to my product (ex cop ) talked a minute n then was out the store Happy

I visited the Tom's river home depot and was extremely satisfied. I met with Mary kitchens and she helped me pick out the right cabinets cabinets and is a great designer designer. Bonnie in the front end was extremely helpful and courteous

Since my first visit to this store in Jan 2022 , staff has always showed an interest in the customer from entering the store to checkout and ive never been disappointed highly recommend this store

Right here in Toms River is a very good Home Depot Store # 0920. I like to shop in this Store because I know I will get the help I need and find all the parts and items I am looking for. While checking out we ran into some issues scanning our gift card purchase. Norma to the rescue! She was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. She remained with us until we were done to make sure everything was correct!
