The Tramonto Home depot is one of the better stores, with more personnel working on site and professional advice.

What was once a favorite store, Home Depot, not just Tramonto, has repeatedly failed, multiple times, in the past year or two. Customer Service used to be the only thing that made the difference between HD and any other source. Now, I have cut up my HD Credit Card. What a shame.

The clerks in the paint section were very helpful and efficient! And the cashier CHIE was very friendly!

Marvelous work ethic here in a very clean environment. Associates are very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and encouraging. I never come away without an answer to a project problem. Well Done!!

Always a fun experience to go to this particular location. Employees actually make eye contact with customers!! They are quick to offer assistance and/or direct one to the proper location or other specialist.

My husband and I shop here often because of the cleanliness, inventory and friendly service. We find ourselves here often because my husband and I like to do home improvements and this location makes it easy and stress free.

If you shop this store please let Chip or Mani assist you, they did an awesome job helping me get what I needed, and they also asked me if I needed door seals and locks for the doors, I was so happy to just get the doors I forgot all about them, so thanks guys, GREAT JOB... 10 Stars, and I have never given 10 stars to anyone....so that says alot for these two.....

Each time I visited this store I've been greeted with Friendly Smiles and employees who are readily available and willing to help. I live in Surprise and I drive 35 minutes just to visit that Home Depot

Candy is always helpful to whatever my needs are. She always recognizes me by my name which makes me feel welcomed in the store. She is quite knowledgeable of instore products as well as online products. I will always go to her for as long as she works at that store. Home Depot is fortunate to have her!

Clean, Very well stocked. Most of all the Employee's are helpful . Thank You F.E.S Sarah !!! For the chair and water. I was so tired of walking around with my husband. Thank You for being such a kind person. YOU TREATED ME LIKE A HUMAN. That's rare in any store. And my little dog The Cheese says Thank You Too. It was my first visit. i don't know any employee. and i will continue to shop at this store.

not at the present time with my experience we had today. didn't recognize any of the old employees from 3 months ago. we were in the hospital and unable to do any shopping. it makes us sad for such a great company that we had to experience the rudeness and unfriendly attitude of the employees we had a time finding someone to even help us. my husband is not to lift any over a gal of water but he had to help me load the lumber we purchased enough!

Well located, easy access. overall employees are helpful and fairly knowledgeable.

Every store employee I came in contact with greeted me with a smile & was extremely courteous. I was assisted by an employee who loaded my cart, one who rang up my order and one who loaded it into my car. The store aisle was clutter free which allowed me to maneuver my cart to the door.

I always receive excellent service when I visit this store. Davie is always very friendly and helpful. I was remodeling my bathroom and received a lot of great advice from the plumbing department.

This store is always well stocked and the cashiers and employees are always very helpful. I do believe that they are the friendliest of any other HD store I've been to and certainly more so that Lowe's. We really enjoy Cheri in the Garden Center especially. Speaking of the Garden Center, this store has the nicest and freshest plants at great prices.

Everyone in this store is super friendly and helpful. Mario in lumber is kind and very helpful! I have a big project that I’m working on, and I’m going to come here for all of my needs, definitely!
