Home Depot #6948 is a very clean store and has extremely helpful associates. Every time we have been into the store, someone greets us and asks if we need help. When we find what we're looking for and have questions, it's very easy to find someone to help us. We have never had a bad experience at this Home Depot.

Two employees have been especially helpful in providing responsive, efficient service and advice, namely “Chie” (cashier) and “Ashley Paz Soldan” (Pro Desk). While having the right inventory and cost-effective, quality products is essential, I think the big differentiator that enhances the whole buying experience are your people, such as the two I mentioned.

Everyone at the Tramanto Home Depot is so helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I always enjoy spending time in Home Depot.

Other than this experience, I would like to add that maybe a year or two ago I needed an electric can opener. A man, whose name escapes me, said that it would have to be ordered, which was ok with me. Well, this Cuisinart electric can opener is the best one I have ever had, and I've had many being 84 years old! I'm sorry I don't remember the fellow's name, but he was very nice and helpful and I am so glad he suggested this one. Thank you so much, Home Depot.

I shop many HD's in Phoenix and Flagstaff and this is by far the best! every time I visit this store it is a great experience. The staff have great experience and technical knowledge. Also, everyone is always friendly and the store is well stock. Even the lot attendants are able to be found (not hiding like other stores) and willing to help ~ even in the extreme SUN! When you walk the store, all staff ask if they can help with something. Come check out this store - you won't be sorry!!

We just purchased a refrigerator from this Home Depot. We have worked with Greg on all visits leading up to the purchase and when we made the purchase. He is excellent. We did quite a bit of research and the price was very competitive.

I had to buy a new dishwasher...I was help with a smile...that is why...I got my washer and dryer there a year ago...and I will go back again...if anything needs to be replaced in my home...

Randy is such a rockstar employee! He is exactly the type of employee that can make shopping at Home Depot or anywhere an enjoyable experience.

If you are looking at Home Depot for flooring needs, it would behoove you to invest the time in driving a few miles to the Carefree Highway location.

This is a great Home Depot to shop in. The Staff are super friendly and really helpful when you are looking for the "right stuff" for your project, need, etc.

The home depot agent did a very good job at the paint counter fulfilling my color order that I placed and was a very efficient home depot employee. Home Depot customer service agents should make certain they pay attention to customers that look as if they need help, to ask them... Home Depot stores are big, chances are that means a large percentage of people need help.

As a pro contractor i will never go back to this location. MEGAN ODELL was the rudest person i have ever dealt with. Accusing me and another associate of having some sort of secret language because she didnt know how to do her job and she was training someone. The service was poor and to be accused of some weird inside language was insulting and belittling as a pro contractor with over 20 years of shopping at home depot in over 14 states and 20 cities. By far the worst experience ever. Would not recommend that location to my worst enemy

I love this store. I'm a fan of Home Depot to begin with, but this store is always clean, well-stocked, and friendly.

The employees at the store are quite knowledgeable. I am a 70 year old woman. But the employees here do not treat me like I'm an old woman but actually as an individual who is doing the job. I have learned a long time ago that I enjoy working with my plumbing and building and all the creativity. Home Depot offers me my own individual creativity. The employees say hi to me and I'm grateful because in many stores I'm totally ignored. So thank you Home Depot for having some of the greatest employees around

The Tremonto store must have good managers because the staff is more helpful and friendly than the other locations in town. They have a lot of staff and it is not hard to find help, the APP the associates have on their phones to find products and quantities available is great.

I have shopped at this store a lot. The difference in this store is the employees. No problem finding help here. If you need advice on your project, they have knowledgeable people. Friendly and helpful.
