While I have not always had much help in home improvement stores, including Home Depot, today all the employees were helpful, courteous and cheerful. That goes a long way to impacting how I feel about returning to this particular store.

I appreciate the courtesy of the employees helping me. I am a 75 year old female, most stores ignore me when I come in for building products. Thank you for training employees to offer services and help with the heavy stuff!

I would like to thank the gentleman at costumer service. In the flower ECT department by the name of David A. For helping us when no one would or were to busy. He helped us purchase and helped us load and unload. He needs a raise.

I want to say that a cashier named David completely changed my store experience by his kind and understanding action. He certainly was the epitome of an associate and role model that Home Depot can be proud.

I am anti self checkout. You are forcing customers to use this checkout method, which will force me to shop elsewhere.

This store is always clean, They think of Safety first before they move things or run a fork lift. when I have bought lumber they have always helped me and directed me in the right direction for how to do tasks in a smarter way. They are always polite and offer to help when they can.

Poor customer service at this location. I ask for help and was passed to 5 different employee after 35mins of waiting sill no help. very disappointed customer.

I came in to buy an oven and bought a complete kitchen set on sale. No one could get the correct total price to show up and tried to first say it was $300 more, then after fumbling with bar codes it was still $2 and some change over. Hong sarcastically pulled $2 out of his pocket and said he'd pay for it. He didn't want to redo the order to show the correct price. If I owed the $2 and change I couldn't walk out of a store with the product without paying the correct price. So I should be able to not pay extra because they all couldn't get the bar codes and prices correct in their system. I came in and spent and unexpected $2570 hard earned. I was not treated as if they care about a person who wants to spend their money responsibly and have bills other than just buying their products. It would be zero stars if I could submit this survey that way!

One of the best Home Depot stores that I have visited. The staff is friendly, respectful, informative, and professional. I found everything I needed. I will shop here again and again.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are always friendly and willing to help even if the department you are in is not their area. We had a very pleasant experience with Sharon in lawn & garden and she's definitely an asset to the company.

Great service...staff went out of their way to pull stock (retaining wall blocks) to meet my home project needs. Got the material quickly and loaded the material for me. Very friendly staff and were actually glad to help.

I tell you...every time I go into this store...people are always so helpful. At the Pro desk all of the guys helped me get the two big Milwaukee tool boxes...and helped me save $100 just by signing up for the Home Depot card. Then at the other end of the store Lourdes helped me and was awesome and very friendly. Great store.
