Love this store. Everyone is very helpful. Has all the items I want and need. Clean and organized. Even if they are stocking items the make sure the isles are cleared and easy to get around. This is not about the store. I wish I could win the $5000.00 gift card Have been shopping here for a while and have entered many many times. Or actually knew if this was actually won by some one. Even a $500.00 gift card or even less would be a big help with fixing up our home. The store itself is great and I will continue to shop there. Thank you for your time!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Drive the twenty minutes to another location or a competitor. The self checkout card readers force you to bend your card to the point it breaks in order for the card to read. And I had an employee put her hands on me inappropriately and she’s still employed even after filing a complaint with management. A very poorly run store with faulty equipment. Save yourself the headache.

Customer service doesn't exist here. Not one employee asked me if I needed help as I searched the paint section for the brand I needed. Then the paint employee didn't know anything about the brand I had bought from Home Depot before. He couldn't make any suggestions about a comparable paint. Oh, don't forget to check-out with a self-serve machine. No registers at this store open and the attitude you get from "customer service" speaks volumes about a company that revolutionized home improvement centers and now can't compete because their labor margins aren't zero.

Salesperson forgot to add the stack kit to my washer and dryer and now I'm suppose to wait another week before they'll come out. Totally unacceptable and I will not ship there again.

The young man who assisted me said he was new, but SUPER friendly and helpful. He worked like a seasoned professional. He looked up and item, found they carried it, told me the aisle and bin number where it was located. I was in and out in no time. EVERY employee I encountered was very friendly, courteous, helpful...made me feel like they had opened the store just for me that day!

No cashiers. Self check out stinks. Thats an employees job. Not a customers.

Employees went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and had the confidence to attack the project!

I recommend Home Depot because the salespeople there are very helpful and friendly. Our salesman spent over 2 hours with us trying to help us with our purchase at our first visit. He emailed us pricing for us to review. Then completing our purchase at our second visit he explained exactly what we purchased and the procedure to remodel our front door. He was not pushy or in a hurry and took all of our questions to complete this purschase

THEATTENDANT INT TOOLING DEPARTMENT WAS VERY HELPFUL

The Turf land Home Depot can be a bit daunting when it comes to parking, the lot was under construction and being repaved, but I negotiated it anyway and was glad. The store had everything I needed, it was so well organized, neat and clean, I was pleasantly surprised. I was in and out in a few minutes .

I was having a tough time finding what I needed. I needed a 5 1/2” pipe to finish the shower in my bathroom Reno. The store only had 6” and 5” pipes. Judy was busy but stopped and offered to help anyway. She took a 6” pipe and cut it to size for me, then threaded it and reamed it out for me on the spot. Everyone I interacted with in the store was super friendly and willing to help. This is the best Home Depot in town.
