Mark in the Mill Shop went above the call of duty when he decided to pick up the part I needed in Merced and deliver to the Turlock store. He purchased the part with his own money, returned it in Turlock and then called me to let me know the part was in. Wow! Talk about great customer service.

Excellent garden department with well displayed & healthy looking plants. I come to this store for everything I need that they provide. The prices are competitive & you can always find someone to help you find an item.

I don’t like that home depot forces there employees to pester customers to fill out there stupid surveys and we have to check ourselves out now.

This is the best store in town they have a really lovely employee with a really good price

This is a great Home Depot due to their cleanliness and customer service. everyone there is very happy to help you and there are some very knowledgeable people if you have any questions. Easy to find what your looking for.

Not enough employees on the floor to help customers. And whenever I need something loaded I need to wait. The managers are no where to be found to address these issues. I noticed cashiers sometimes struggle to find sku's for items without barcodes.

Everyone I meet here is a joy and very polite. I know the store very well so for finding anything I can usually walk to the part I need and if I don’t, The employees don’t mind when I have to ask.

the turlock store to me seem alittle more up to standards with the the way it look i know all your stores are busy but i like this store alittle better than the other two ceres and riverbank their all good but my prefence is turlock thankyou

Great customer care and assistance

Once i was able to connect with a sales associate, they were very friendly and helpful. In more than one case, when unfamiliar with my request, the associates went above and beyond to find someone who did.

I have been shopping in Turlock HD for 20 years. All staff have been great to work with. I just wish HD would bring back purchases are over a certain dollar amount would be free delivery. Also, Pro Rewards should combine all department purchases together not separately, like lumber, paint, etc., therefore rewarding loyal customers.

Yes, first of all because Home Depot honors are American Veterans, by giving them a little discount, which comes in handy, especially when that veteran is diasable or any veteran with a low income. Thank you Home Depot, from this Veteran's wife.
