I was unable to find a product and an employee searched on his cell phone for the location of the product and escorted me to the proper location.

I went there on a Saturday night. All the employees were so nice.

Have shopped an many HD to build a house to remodeling. Now mostly maintaining the house. The service at this Garwood location is great. If they don't have something in stock, they will get it delievered from another store ASAP.

I came into Home Depot looking for a particular screwdriver bit that I did not recognize. I was searching in the hardware section for what seemed like 10 or 15 minutes. And along came an employee named David who really helped me out by directing me toward the screwdriver bit that I needed to purchase, and he also showed me that it fit perfectly with the screw that I brought in with me. So GREAT JOB to David in providing exemplary customer service for me today. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I was desperate for a product I needed for an extremely special gift I was assembling. Patricia and Lynn went above and beyond in helping me and sharing family military experiences. I’m a retired US Army nurse and felt like part of the Garwood Home Depot family as we talked, while locating what I needed.This was the most wonderful shopping experience I’ve ever had! I’m also very impressed by Home Depot’s recognition of military veterans and have such a patriotic dedication!

The Garwood HD has a small local hardware store feel which is nice. Good store for small home projects. They have a very small selection of lumber but enough for a small project. Great customer service and friendly.

Delisa J went above and beyond to help me finish my project. I was missing 4 screws which you do not hv in stock but she found similar screws in a damaged returned item and sold them to me. I was able to complete my project!

My family just moved to Garwood and true to any moving you visited Home Depot more than usually. Garwood Home Depot ALWAYS has someone available to help you, which makes the entire experience more pleasant!

This store is far and away the most neatly organized and merchandised of any Home Depot I have been in. I will drive out of my way to continue to shop there. While this is a smaller store, it was well stocked and so easy to shop

The store always has what I need - cleaning products, gardening products, paint ..... I can go - and be in and out in no time - and I like that. The convenience is the deal breaker for me and I'm always pleased with my purchase.
