The store is conveniently located and the the employees are friendly and knowledgeable and the store is as clean as one expects.

I had a super special circumstances emergency today. Marisa Lopez from the Home Depot Cottonwood Albuquerque went above and beyond and really helped me out and solved a huge issue. Thanks a million. Five Stars!

This is the most helpful, professional and friendly store in Albuquerque NM.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. Customer Service is slow, inexperienced and should be trained on handling cashier transactions. Few employees to help with product knowledge or product location. When you do finally find someone to help or go to customer service for help the employee is stopped many times by other customers who need help and couldn't find anyone. Supervisors and Managers do not answer employee calls for help timely. Minimal brands sold on certain products - Ex. How water heater - only sell GE/Rheem. The process for store credit when a product is under warranty is inconvenient (old product must be brought to the store). This caused delays in finding a plumber willing to return a large broken heater, and caused repair or replacement delays (customer without hot water for two weeks). I will not shop at Home Depot anymore. And, the above problems occurred well before the Pandemic - these issues are not new!

It was time for a new refrigerator and Home Depot made it quick and easy to purchase and set up delivery. Great Customer Service.

I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The sales associate was female but was very knowledgeable about evaporative water coolers and answered all my questions. Wished I had gotten her name. I was very impressed. She got the product I was looking for, loaded it, pulled to check out and made sure someone came to load it. I have never gotten this type of care at home depot before. I greatly appreciate this associate she also was very friendly and didn't just leave me like some male associates have done.

I had trouble with Ryobi honoring the 3 year warranty on a 40 volt battery I purchased 12 months ago and contacted the store directly. Over the phone I spoke with a manager named Christian who was extremely helpful and agreed to work with me in making it right. When I arrived at the store Christian, happened to be at lunch, however, left instructions with a supervisor (Wendy) who was ready and able to assist when I arrived. Long story short, I was prepared to trash Home Depot for the way I was treated by Ryobi, however, Christian and Wendy combined were willing to hear me out and went out of their way to ensure Home Depot unlike Ryobi cared about their customer and made things right. Hats off to these two, they certainly won my loyalty.

My husband, Fred and I, have been married 50 years, Home Depot has been a great store to do business for all of our married life in Albuquerque NM. It was special to visit Home Depot today 05/01/2021 and find everything and come home not wore out.. we are 89 and 81 and often get worn out when we go shopping. Your staff and products are the BEST. Customer service is excellent for a homeowner with some little home-improvement experience. I have always been able to find help often times that is more than routine assistance. The competition cannot compare in customer service well done

I like this store however there's never enough salespeople around that can help and if you find someone their already busy. Also you advertise merchandise that is truly not in store when you say 56 available and have to order it.

The employees at the pro desk are phenomenal! They always go above and beyond to make sure that they assist to the best of their abilities. They are willing to sit with you for hours and look over everything just to make sure that all gets completed. Went above and beyond our expectations.

It's Spring and they have a wonderful selection of plants. Succulents, large houseplants and small ones too.

I have been a steady customer for 26 years to the Westside Home Depot. I've done large business scale remodels , home remodels and enjoy seeing familiar faces that have worked there for many years. It is similar to going home to family but to my favorite store Home Depot family. The department help know their merchandise. Rarely I leave without a bag in my hands. So many great experiences over the years. Thank you

Excellent knowledgeable staff!! They are incredibly helpful and helped me get the task completed! Plenty of products available. I did look for a 'rechargable' flashlight and didn't see them but everything else was available. The staff is incredibly helpful and makes you feel like you are an important part of their store success!!!

The store was very clean and I quickly found what I was looking for in the paint aisle. The prices are good and I especially appreciated the military discount that I received. The employee at the check-out station was very friendly and was waiting outside her register for a customer. She asked me if I was ready to check out and I said yes and then she quickly scanned my items. I purchased a can of Rustoleum oil-based gloss white paint and brushed it on my truck camper yesterday afternoon. The new paint made a world of difference and I am very pleased with the results. I really enjoy going to this Home Depot location as I can quickly find what I'm looking for or once in a while I will ask an employee for help locating something. The quality of the merchandise I purchase is outstanding as I have never had to return anything that was defective in any way. As a do-it-yourself kind of person that I am, Home Depot is my go-to place for all of my home projects.
