Awesome place....friendly service

My go to store I know where items are located

Employee Samantha in door/window is an outstanding employee. After having a terrible experience at this location a few times. Yes I went back afterwards because Its the closest location that I got for the contractor to come out and measure for a door. I tell you while sitting with her I started changing my mind about how much I disliked this location. She's patience, kind and respectful to everyone that approached her. She should be the trainer for customer service because this location lacks it.. Employees at this location look at you and don't ask to help you or give you attitude. It's really distasteful. Great Job Samantha your an A+ employee and if no one else tells you I will You're AMAZING! Thanks so much from one of your nurse customers :)

Natasha at the cashier was very professional and went out of her way to help with some misplaced items. Without her my shopping experience wouldn’t be the same!

If you need help with product in the garden department : Dan is the go to guy. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

This store is fantastic and always clean. The employees are always friendly and very helpful! I have never had a bad experience at this location. The employees proactively help, whether it’s looking for a product or helping load/unload purchased items. Even if it’s a little further away from your home, this Home Depot location is excellent!

Although The store is large and well stocked the cashiers have bad customer service. I have had the same cashier twice of the three visits I’ve made to the store and both times she was cold and my unhelpful. Did not ask if I wanted help taking lumber and concrete to my vehicle, and I’m a middle aged woman. They act suspicious of customers because they are in a high crime area, and lack customer service skills. I traveled 30 minutes to get the items there that were not at my local Home Depot, but next time I will buy online and send it to my store to avoid this poor service.

Mrs. Dottie made my shopping experience like no other. She took care of my mother and I and made sure we got everything we needed. She had the best energy and attitude possible and I cannot thank her enough. If possible please tell her the young man she helped with the pressure washer will always be deeply thankful for how she treated his mother and him.

The store always clean I we want to really see anything on the floor when I do they're sucking on the shelves my visit is always Pleasant and quick when I can't find anything there is employees around to assess which Home Depot is my best story ever to go to besides OfficeMax or Office depot. The employees are very helpful.

I have always received excellent, friendly and polite service at this store. This is important to me as a single, senior female who tries to be independent when I can on projects. Associates here want to help you and never act like you are interrupting them even if they are busy with a task. If they don't know they call another to assist. They share their knowledge of the the task with me to help my project go smoother. They are not just serving a customer, they develop a friendly relationship that makes me want to return here. The store is neat and organized with sufficient stock on hand. Returns are easy. Since I am not always sure which thing will work best, I will buy two similar things so that I do not have to return to complete my project, but can return the one I do not need.

D.J. Aka Sponge Bob was awesome! He made our experience, listened to what we needed, made sure we had everything we needed, we were completely taken care of by him! Thanks Sponge Bob!

Always polite customer service and easy shopping environment. Employees don’t look all bothered when you need to locate something, which is amazing! Always greeted and helped With loading on to my car. This is our go to Home Depot from Windermere

I was looking for kitchen appliances, and asked Wilex. I believe he is a supervisor or a department manager. He left his department and willingly help me find the right appliances for my style and budget. Thank you Mr. Wilex!! You are a true professional. You were calm, helpful, convincing and you Work with confidence. Thanks again for all your help.

I came in today and Renee was the first of many to help me. Then Jennifer cashed me out and made that process easy. Kamaro and Tyree B was the muscles of the operation and Renee came back and made sure I didn't forget anything. Which I did. Had to go and purchase some other things before leaving.

Jen was not the only person who likes her job . Every time I shop there they are always willing to go that extra mile . That store has improved in service in the last couple of years .

Ruth's customer service was exceptional. She was friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. This is the first time I have someone nice helping me at this location and I have been coming here for over 10 years. I will suggest to train your staff to be friendly d or at least pretend they are there to help people and not to bother them. It makes a big difference. Thank you Ruth for making a difference in that store hopefully more people follows your steps.

There were workers there in the front but no one seemed to be available down the aisles of the store. The employees were also unprofessional.

They do not even deserve one star . There is someone at service desk very very very rude disrespectful she refused to give me her name and she hung up on me . i called again it was her again and she refused again to give me her name she then said her name was panera . which i highly doubt that was her name she hung up on me again and finally 3rd time calling spoke with passion and she was at least nice and transferred me to the manager James .Very terrible store please stay away and do not waits your time here the people in service desk very bad service rude no good nothing but a headache fro this store .

Tonia in the painting department is the best. Great advice and she knows her paints.

Employees are helpful and polite especially Mark in plumbing.

This particular Home Depot is always either low or out of what you're looking for. The employees are not really that friendly. You cannot even get in the store sometimes because there's Vehicles parked in the fire lane that should not be, as this is a major safety hazard should an emergency arise. So I would probably consider another Home Depot

I went to the nursery of Home Depot and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of succulents, plants, pots, and supplies there were on display. My recent visit was delightful. Kiana, who attended the nursery, immediately went out of her way to find me a cart when there were none in the area. She is personable and kind. Even at check out, when purchasing a number of individual succulents, Kiana searched for a box to place them in. Thoughtful!! She engaged in genuinely interested conversation. Thank you Home Depot for hiring people like Kiana.
