Rude employees that treat you like an inconvenience when you ask for help.

To my surprise, David, in the front of the store is being paid to just stand there and look pretty according to him. It is not his job to assist customers at all, he just stands there and watches you as you "self checkout" all by yourself. He must be really special because everyone I've spoken to regarding this incident has told me that The Home Depot does not hire people that will not provide excellent customer service. His behavior was the exact opposite of excellent. As a stock holder in this company, I am extremely disappointed in this young individuals behavior and actions. Clenching his fists and acting like a complete thug. Imagine that... Way to go James aka JD (Store Manager) keep up the great work lol

Assosiates treat you with respect. David help me on cashier and the Lady Manager teat me very very good. Even she was busy... an A. to Her....... I forgot the name... She was small in height but big in understanding..... A++ to her.... The people that work in Lumber...need to improve a lot..... I know is one of the hardest departments....but I think they like to hide.....A big hug to the Home Dept. team in 6339...

I Love going to this Home Depot everyone their are very helpful and knowledgeable I have never have had a bad experience there thank yo very much.

Every time you going to the store to shop they never want to take care of you because she is a very nasty they don't even tell you thank you high thank you for shopping here or was everything okay no I will never shop there again and I will tell my friends not to shop there again

Great selection and so much easier to drive in and out of compared to Kendall and 127th ave store. I love the new online pickup and customer service area.

I must admit that in the past several weeks the service i have received in not only making the call to this establishment to place my order ,but also the very little time i have to wait when i arrive as well as the way the order is packaged im very much impressed. Kudos to the managers and supervisors who made it their mission to go above and beyond to make sure i get treated with nothing more than the best service.

Good customer service and attention

I went to buy item Store SKU #1003846044 (Advanced Series 1 Qt. Multiple Layer Paint and Varnish Remover). I did find it in the shelf and went to pay to find the registrar telling me I cannot buy the item because it has a STOP SALE message in the computer. Needless to say, I am not buying this because I use it cooking but because I need it. If the store can't sell it then why is available on the shelves and on the website? Certainly makes no sense. As business practice it does no made the store gain customers but make customers buy from the competition. Way to go Home Depot!

Luis went above and beyond to make our shopping experience the best, he went the extra mile to find the things we were looking for, to make sure we go home with our Grill!! definitely an asset to the company

Victoria from the service desk made this shopping experience very successful. The information and knowledge she provided allowed me to make informed decisions about the products I was using. She provided me with different product options that allowed me to choose more effective tools for my gardening projects. Victoria was friendly and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Will recommend this store and associate.

Excellent customer service and very informative staff. Was buying tile for my renovation and the staff here was helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff around asking if we needed help. Very professional and I ended up getting my tile at a fantastic price. The store was clean and I was checked out in a matter of minutes. Great store would recommend this Home-depot to all.

Cashiers were great. I had forget one of the bags of items I had purchased and the cashiers helped resolved my issue by restoring those items to me. Great, understanding service.

I am very satisfied

Some months ago when I was not feeling well and my ride was delayed by rain etc the Customer Service staff offered me a chair and something to eat and drink foc while I waited. One even escorted me to my transportation when it arrived. I would like to send them a personal THANK YOU. Sorry I cannot remember the date.

I bought blinders at 11:18 am per my receipt. I asked the attendant that I needed to cut the blinders. She sent me to lumber. Lumber attendant says no. This is not done here. Go back to blinders. The attendant at blinders and another call a person to help me 4 times. No one comes. I went to the front and asked for a manager. The manager never came . The attendant of the front volunteers to help me. Mind you, she’s from another department altogether. I left at 11:58. Very sad I went there today. I was going to buy a washer and dryer and I decided just to get the ones I have fixed. Better that than to experience something else like what I had go through today.

It's an ok store. Sometimes a bit dirty and messy like the others. Being forced to use self-checkout lanes makes it a bit frustrating in certain areas like garden where it is difficult to read certain items.

Very friendly atmosphere. Sales Associates are friendly and helpful. I have had great experiences with Fernando and Georgina in Appliances; Alejandro in Customer Service; Gregg in management; Dexter; Carl in Hardware (DOOR LOCKS SECTION). Never had a bad experience at that store.
