Reno store on skyway is clean, and friendly.

Products are somewhat easy to find because I have been going there for years. Normally there is assistance for items and information. Store is fairly clean, lumber sometimes in disarray. popular lumber is sometimes limited or not straight. Most associates are friendly unless busy. Sometimes chaotic. Better service when corporate is in the store. Most popular materials like flooring have to be ordered online. Services are good for orders, but more expensive form dealers. Heating and air are not available.

Always have stock I need. If not willing to order.

The best Home Depot in Reno, NV. I live less than 3 miles to the Northtowne Home Depot and travel 7 miles to the Summit Ridge location. Their staff is awesome, polite and knowledgeable. Customer service isn't a high priority at Northtowne location. Worth the drive, best service in all departments thus far!

I've been patient with this store given the circumstances, however any time I need any assistance from employees it becomes rather frustrating. To some extent, the increased workload due to the pandemic is absolutely a factor, and I am very understanding of the extra stresses placed on the staff. However, my concern lies within the general unwillingness to assist a customer. Anytime I ask for assistance from an employee, they seem inconvenienced, generally unconcerned or just hand me off to another employee. Waiting 25 minutes for an online order pickup (on three separate occasions), sitting on hold for 10 minutes about a truck rental just for an employee to tell us that she didn't know the length of the truck and to "just look it up", frankly is not good customer service, and absolutely not what I expect from a reputable home improvement store. I gave two stars because the employees are (usually) relatively friendly, but after enough of these experiences I have decided to take my business elsewhere. This was not one or two isolated experiences, nor was it only one or two employees that led me to write a review. This review is the result of several frustrating, time consuming and often unsuccessful trips to this store over the past few months, and at some point it's best to just go somewhere else to save everyone the headache. If anything, losing a customer will hopefully lighten the load on the employees.

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience at this Home Depot. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had to drive in from Truckee for a return. The return was processed with no questions asked. I will be back!

Employers were rude about carts. They had elderly women working the outside parts of the store on a super windy and super cold day. The poor ladies looked miserable. Have the 30 year old man work that part of the store for at least just that day. Especially if everyone is so concerned about the Covid.

Store generally has items I'm shopping for. On-line/ship to store is very slow. Store is cluttered and I often have to move stock, carts, ladders to get to shelves for the items I need. Store employees are either very helpful/friendly or rude. Cashiers at the contractor exit (Ronda and Patricia) and super stars, I avoid the front registers. Older man on the heavy side with a Scottish ascent is a superstar. Daryl is a superstar. Older tall man in pant is a superstar.

John in carpet, Reno, NV, Summit Ridge is the best. If you ever need carpet or anything go see him at this store. I usually don’t write reviews, but he deserves all and then some. Thank you John, you’re what customer service is all about, like old school. I went away with smiles

Not only is this store a convenient location based on my residence but the staff is helpful, courteous and friendly.

The store is fine and location is good the employes were helpful. The back office policy sucks and if you have anything that can be done by phone it is their policy NOT to do it by phone. What if someone is disabled? What if it is a hardship to come to the store? Especially if it is the store's mistake they should bend over backwards to help remedy the problem. Really?? Something that is easy to remedy over the phone has to be done in person???? I don't think so!

I had never purchased the product I was looking for at this store before. I asked an associate for help and he walked me to where it was displayed. He was very friendly and helpful.

ALWAYS GOOD SERVICE NO MATTER WHICH HOME DEPOT I GO TO.

This store should be named Home Deplorable! Worst customer service ever. 100 lb dogs running loose thru the store. Employees laughing and jumping out of the way of the dogs. They never attempted to take control over the situation to protect the elderly and disabled customers in the store. Totally ignored me in every isle. Never said Hello or can I help you.

We want to express our thanks to assistant store manager Tim at Store #3311 (5125 Summit Ridge Ct Reno, NV 89523) who went above and beyond our expectations. We were asking for help with a DIY home project for replacing some baseboards in our home and Tim took time to show us what needed to be done and even helped us with cutting the boards. He is always extremely helpful whenever we come to the store! Thank you, Tim, for always being so helpful! We appreciate all that you did for us!

You have a better chance of getting quality information off YouTube than most people who work at this store..save yourself the hassle an just man up an go for it..
