The West Springfield store was clean and organized, my product was easy to find. I would recommend this store to family and friends.

The West Springfield store is a great place to shop. The people are helpful and knowledgeable. There are a couple of things that could be improved, however. The tool area is halfway across the store from the Hardware Dept. which makes it confusing. It would be better to have the power tools, drill bits, etc. across from the Hardware area. Also, it would be great if the pneumatic tools like impact wrenches, auto tools, etc. and the air compressors were next to the Automotive are, which could be next to the power tools in this store. As it is now, the pneumatic tools and compressors are two aisles away from the pneumatic nail guns, and half the store away from the Automotive area. If the power tools and pneumatic tools were next to each other and closer to the Automotive and Hardware areas, I think this store would sell a lot more of both kinds of items. As it is now, it's very illogical and confusing.

I ordered blinds at the West Springfield Home Depot with Tanya who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The blinds were shipped to my home at no additional charge. Stress free experience at a great price.

Always clean, stocked, helpful and efficient with our needs when we visit. Good hours and selection of what we are looking for!

Reasonable prices and helpful staff

I like all the Home Depot’s., always seems to be plenty of knowledgeable personnel., I just wish the cashier persons would be more attentive to military discount.,

My order (dish washer) had to be reordered for the second time. customer service got 2 different versions as to not know why my order wasn't processed. They gave me 2 different stories.. saying first that there was a glitch said by customer service lady , than supervisor said the order wasn't processed PayPal didn't let process payment for whatever other reasons... But when I ask the customer lady first if the problem came from my end she said "ohh no it was from our end it must have been a glitch"... than I ask to speak to the supervisor after being put on hold for a couple times I ask to speak to a supervisor .. was talking to the supervisor, that's when she gave me the story about paypal ...trying to take the heat away from their end after the fact that the customer service woman told me it wasn't nothing to do with my transaction . I figured I ask for a manager since customer service Lady and Supervisor wasn't able to give me a truthfully answer as to why was my order cancelled. both gave me two different stories and I wanted to know what truly happen since is my money coming out my account . So I figure I asked to speak to manager. Which I didn't have the privilege to speak to because the Supervisor said that she will be the end if of it all...meaning that she is the last person to talk to and refused to put manager on phone when they all happen to be speaking about it all together while I was being put on hold a couple times...Very disappointed with home depot at this location and customer service...after spending close to thousands of dollars in these home depot stores and this happens! Very unprofessional and this shouldn't be happening to anyone.

Having been to several Home Depot stores around my home areas The West Springfield store is always better stocked and has the most helpful clerks. Always plenty of parking and the store is always clean and neat.

Store is stocked and clean. Employees are friendly. Shopping and quick checkout made easy.

Great experience. Sometimes this Home Depot has been hit or miss in the past but they are really working on getting their acts together and the effort shows! Thanks HDWS!

I was in the west Springfield store daily, sometimes twice and three times a day, the pro counter seemed to be their only asset ,and when it wasn't open it was nearly impossible to get good service, my business is almost strictly credit card phone sales .I've waited 50min. At times to get cashed out by the service desk. Cluttered isles make it difficult trying to get products to the counter and poorly trained staff made the process utterly frustrating. I've since switched to a local company because of bad service. It was a nightmare to have to go there. I don't need more stress in my day

CB FROM HARDWARE IS REALLY RUDE AND TREATS PEOPLE DIFFERENTLY. NOT THE WAY OF HOME DEPOT. ESPECIALLY WHEN I WORKED THERE!!!!

Our shopping experience on 8/17/19 was easy, profitable and very pleasant. While shopping for a freezer and grill, all employees on the floor were helpful and patient. The Cashier went way beyond with getting us the best price. Thank you Home Depot for a great shopping day!

The Management staff and associates at the West Springfield Home Depot are always seeking to make your shopping experience effortless. Managers and Assistants focus on customer service and you see this trickle down to the associates. They are extremely knowledgeable in their perspective areas and always willing to lend a hand. I choose this store because they always have what i need for my home improvements and the crafts i create. Love this store.

Great place to shop home stuff

I purchased Behr Paint for the interior of my home. I requested a silky white color that includes both primer and paint. I paid $161.00 for a 5 gallon of paint. When my painter was painting a room, he realized it was not white. It had a touch of pink on it. When I read the label it shows as Pink Mirage. This is not what I requested. I used some of the paint and noticed there is a label that I can't return it. This is clear to me that it was not my error however others may not see it this way. I reviewed the paint policy and it states if you are not satisfied, to bring the paint back within 30 days but the label states not returnable. I will be going to the store sometime today to see what I am told. I may come back with good or bad news. More to come!

Associates are great, very helpful and polite. Store always have what I am looking for. Definitely will continue to shop this Home Depot and reccomend to my friends and family.

Amy in the West Springfield store went above and beyond to retrieve documentation I needed from an earlier order in the window treatment dept. She was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful.

Pam was extremely helpful during our visit today. She answered all our questions and cashed us out quickly. She also helped us sign up for a Home Depot card. The store was clean and everyone was helpful.
