Extremely like this store

Today was a Great Shopping Experience. From the Store Manager Michele, to the assistant manager Mark, to Laura who Sold us our countertop on our last purchase, to John in appliances, Rafael and Justin at the service desk simply amazing thank you all. This store has the most friendly, helpful sales people we've encountered anywhere. The store is clean and well organized with very good signage. If you ask an employee where an item is, he will take you to it, or find someone who works in the department to take you to it.

The staff at this store are always super helpful. It's well stocked and easy to navigate. We always come here for supplies!

Had a very unpleasant experience when I went back with the receipt to show them that I had been overcharged. An employee apparently mocking my gestures exacerbated the problem which is why I will never go back to this particular store.

Associates are very efficient.

This Home Depot in West Springfield is alway pleasant to shop and the associates are always helpful and positive. They are very knowledgeable throughout the store.

I think the W. Springfield store has a larger selection to choose from in many areas. It is usually neater in appearance, and less cluttered in the isles. I find some items there, that are not available at the local Chicopee store. A little better store for the most part, due to that and the few more products they carry.

The assistance in the lumber department was excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great selection and great prices on lumber.

the store i very good the way it is

I went to west Spfld store in the evening to purchase 2 sheets of plywood and needed them cut. Had to wait an hour for someone to show up... Gwen, the cashier at the Prodesk area went out of her way and called the manager to get someone to come make the cuts immediately. She is awesome Dean

The Assosiates always go out of there way to help the manager was so apologtic about me having to wait 20 minutes for them to get an item down for me off the top shelf during a busy time she gave me 10 percent the assosiate had to get a secound lift and i had to wait longer so he gave me an additional 5% off.

associate seemed annoyed with my questions so it upset me but the cashier in self check out helped me ring my things out listened to me rant but she was smiling and it made me feel better before leaving the store

I purchased a microwave from this store and the assistant handed the box that looked like it was a return item or it had been opened, she assured me multiple times it was a brand new item and the box had never been opened before. When I brought the microwave home it was not properly packaged inside the box and when I opened the door there was FOOD stuck to the inside of the microwave as if someone had used it! It was very clearly USED and RETURNED! And definitely NEVER inspected post-return! I did call the store manager and report this to him however I needed the microwave and did an even exchange in the Enfield location. At the Enfield location the store manager would not come speak to me despite being called and asked to, I was hoping he/she would be able to see the microwave in the returned condition and how UNACCEPTABLE it was but also to be able to report that to the West Springfield store. Definitely will NEVER buy an appliance from West Springfield again, however I will continue to use the Enfield location.

Store was clean and I can always find what I am looking for without trouble

I always look forward to shopping at the West Springfield HD store as it is usually fully stocked with whatever is advertised as well as any other merchandise that I may be looking for. I am a homeowner and a do it your selfer so it is important that I can rely on a place such as the Home Depot and its friendly and knowledgeable staff to assist me with my purchases.

We have tried other Home Depot's like Boston Rd. In Springfield Massachusetts and Westfield Massachusetts. We will always end up back at West Springfield Massachusetts. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable in all areas of my remolding needs.

I would like to say thank you to Carlos and Rafael for one of the best experiences at Home Depot I felt like they cared about there store and the customer on the phone and in person great job from someone who traveled 83 miles to get a window they made sure I was a happy customer all the way thru my shopping from the phone call to walking out the door with what I needed ! A real pleasure. Meeting with you both! It would be worth me traveling the distance to deal with 2 professionals.

The shopping experience was excellent, the employees are polite and well-trained and the store is very clean.

The store was very clean and organized. I had a great experience at this store and I left very satisfied.

I like the store because it is organized and clean. The only reason why i am giving an excellent rating it's because of Rich Campana who is profissional employee at the store. On December we bought a snow Blower Ariens . we used it 3 times the forth time it did not work. when we tried to return it they refuse to replace it because it passed the 1 month and send the machine to be repaired. Two weeks passed and no one called to give any info about the machine and what is the cost of the repaire. When we went to pick the snow blower we asked question about why his happen to a brand new machine the employee had no clear answer and asked us to come later and talk with the person who fixed. When we came back, we were so lucky to find Rich Campana who manage to answer all our question , he was so patient, and he was so professional in communicating all the information with us. The store is lucky to have Rich as an employee. Thank you for all the assistant and advices you provided to us.

The West Springfield store has always been a favorite place to find hardware and fixtures as the selection is much better that some of the other Home Depots and competitors.

I would like to recommend the Tool Rental and Repair Dept. of this store. I tried dealing with the manufacturer of the generator, but had no luck with them. I contacted Paul in the Repair Dept. and he said that he could get the part to repair the generator I bought from Home Depot.
