Great location and always have what I need in stock with knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. Most time when I shop I have looked online before I go but occasionally when I do need staff assistance they are nearby and ready to help. Even though I am not in the construction business they treat me well and have helped me solve some unusual dilemmas.

Have seen great improvement in customer service over the last year. I feel welcome and valued at this store. Keep up the good work! They go above and beyond to help.

I was really impressed with how helpful and knowledgable the employees are at this branch. They helped me figure out what I needed and where to find it. Gave me some useful suggestions for a furniture painting project as well. I hope Home Depot is treating them well!

I love coming to this particular Home Depot. I know many of the employees and they are the BEST! They are always friendly and go out of their way to help me. I consider this Home Depot my "Home Away From Home".

This is an older, larger store with very competent, knowledgeable staff. It has more products and samples than I've seen in other HD stores or competitor stores. My family and I have used this store to out-fit and upgrade four homes we've owned in the area, and we're doing it again on our fifth. This is "as good as it gets", and I'm NOT affiliated with HD in any way. I just like to give praise when it's due. If I had to give the store a suggestion, it would be to turn up the air conditioning in the summer.

The associates at this store were extremely helpful to me in my recent purchasing of chairs for my porch. On my first visit to the store, a very nice gentleman obtained a cart for me and helped me put everything into my car. I needed to come back to exchange one item and buy another. Jacqueline, at the cash register for exchanges, went above and beyond to assist me in the exchange and purchase process. She, then, carried my purchases and put them in my car. In both instances, I found these employees to be friendly and very happy to assist me. There seems to be a very positive attitude at this store and a desire to please the customer. I appreciated everyone's efforts.

As I wrote earlier Mark in plumbing was very helpful with helping us buy products for our bathroom remodel. If it wasn't a stock item he found it on line. He put the whole order together and submitted it on line for us. very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I hope you have more employees like him.

I am from Texas and was in the area and needed to make a purchase at this store. WOW, I encountered much nicer employees than I ever have at my local stores. Southern hospitality, hmmm Northern hospitality is right there! Clean and friendly store.

Home Depot is heading down hill fast. The store is poorly managed, the employees are unhappy and the store aisles are cluttered

I consider myself very handy in home repairs and maintenance, but I am also aware that with a store as large as Home Depot keeping up with new products and methods is impossible when one does only occasional projects. This store has a seemingly choice crew of employees who willingly offer hints, suggestions, and even find another employee to help me if what I need is out of their field of expertise. It has made many of my projects from installing a toilet, kitchen sink, flooring, lighting fixtures, ceiling fan, other appliances and painting outside fencing if not easy, certainly easier, saving both time and money! I truly love this store!

02/10/18 - first time at the West Windsor store. The product I was looking for, crystal chandelier, was readily available. Store was easy to navigate and the associates that I came in contact with were very helpful.

Consistent with other HD stores. Maintains a clean environment, good inventory, competitive prices. Best to shop during non-peak hours.

I have been in this store many times over the years. It did seemed to be better prepared, clean and stocked this time. There also seemed to be more help than usual, most of home were pleasant and helpful.
