Store was clean and the associates were very helpful. We recently set up an estimate for carpet in our new home, and appreciated all the assistance we receive from multiple associates. We have always had great customer servicw at the Wadsworth store. We were able to find what we were looking for, but if we couldn't find it an associate was there to help.

This store which I did shop at daily really let me down this time and really irritated me. I am such a regular customer that I even got their credit card and the employees in some departments recognize me. I went to get a mini fridge for my brother in college and they had one with a destroyed box. So bad that 2 customers said the box looked awful yet the guy didnt even offer me 10 bucks or 10% off nothing. The item was missing directions and had little scratches on it. This store has items with very damaged box goods yet they dont offer any discount like other stores have. I'm very shocked. They offered no help carrying the item either until I said I was upset. They dont care about the customer much at all here. It's all about their profit.

This is the only location we will shot at for home improvement projects. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The store is neat and well stocked. Check-out is fast and courteous!

10 minutes to buy two 9 volt batteries at self-checkout. Scanners are filthy and germ covered and do not always work unless the clerks try it.

The store employees are extremely helpful and friendly. There is easy access to the store's parking lot and this HD location is my favorite Home Depot!

I live in Barberton but always go to the Home Depot in Wadsworth. The staff is extremely helpful. Especially Gary in Paint and Flooring, and Pat and Bob in Paint Department. I always start my projects in this department because of all their expertise in painting products. Then they guide me to the other department I need. Melanie and Silver in customer service are always helpful, kind and considerate. Jared in Garden Department is knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Wadsworth Home Depot

THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME SHOPPING AT THIS HOME DEPOT. EVERY TIME I GO INTO TH STORE, THERE ARE ALWAYS SMILING AND HELPFUL PEOPLE TO ASSIST ME IN FINDING ANYTHING I NEED. Best customer service of any Home Depot I have shopped in 4 states!

New self check out kiosks are the best I have seen anywhere. Normally self check stations take twice as long as a clerk and at some point an employee has to come over to override the system. Not here. The hand scanners work great - fast and accurate. No more scanning and rescanning UPC codes. I highly recommend checking out the Wadsworth store!
