Associates here are so knowledgeable and very friendly.

This store needs to keep the parking lot and front entrance areas clean. M y wife and I visit the store weekly and I always comment on the dirty entrance. i spoke to the manager last year about the pigeon droppings and he had installed a plastic spike deterrent which seems to be working. My wife and I enjoy doing projects and we always find what we need at Home Depot to complete the jobs. Thank you for the opportunity to help make Home Depot #0942 the best home improvement store around.

Great job got what I wanted and it was at a great price

All employees I encountered were so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. From the front desk to Major Appliance Dept and Lawn appliances. I gave more details in previous comments in the survey. Will definitely come back again and again and again.

Good luck trying to find someone to help you without having to wait a ridiculous amount of time and walk on a treasure hunt for someone in an orange vest. The "customer service" section has people in line returning items. There are numerous "self-checkouts" and ONE real cashier. So who are you supposed to ask for needed help?

I frequent this store on a regular basis. I have had very good experience with the associates and have been given help with just about any project. I have found this store hires people from the trades who know what they are talking about and are very helpful.

Kelsey in flooring was a very nice person and she knows her job and does it well...I'll be back to see her again.

I always use this home depot because they seemed to always have what I need. The sales reps are always so well informed with the departments that they oversee.

I shopped at this store looking for a very specific size of lamp harp. The store had the exact harp in the exact finish and from the exact company (Westinghouse) that I wanted!!! I had already been to Lowe's and Target looking for the same item, and neither of those two stores had it.

The store is very well stocked, clean and easy to find items. The salespeople and other staff are always helpful and pleasant. My only complaint has nothing to do with the above, but with the third party delivery service they are using!

Great store with plenty of merchandise and great sale priciing. Employees are knowledgeable, pleasant and willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

This is for Dominic F who works in customer service at the Home Depot in turnersville or Washington township I'm not sure. But he made me and my son have a very fun , Yet professional experience! He helped us the entire time , he helped us find everything we needed with a smile ! Love this store and especially the associate Cora!! Cora at the paint station was phenomenal!! She's always upbeat, friendly and was still professional all while dealing with my husband's silly antics!!

Upon entering the store I was greeted by happy motivated-to-help employees. Finally a store that cares. I was pleasantly surprised today with the shopping experience. Carol in the chemical area made it exceptional. She went out of her way to show me what I was looking for. Keep the work ethic high and this store will be even more successful.

Associates are very helpful; on check out though, make sure your cashier is paying attention if you have a coupon or are a Veteran and want a discount - not all pay attention!

2 weeks ago I purchased counter tops this week I purchased a refrigerator I had a good experience both times and would recommend this home depot to others

The employees at this store are always above and beyond helpful. More importantly, they know their stuff! Recently, Bill in the plumbing department really helped me find the pump I needed and at the lowest price. A week ago, the young man in the paint department (sorry, don't know his name) gave me great advice on the type of paint and painting tools that would give me the best results -- and they have. If you need knowledge as much as supplies, this is the place to go!

Make sure to make eye contact with the employees when you need help or they will walk right by you. Ask for help using your credit card or the cashier may insult you. Otherwise, you are on your own. Take a deep breath before entering the store. Pack some patience too. Don't expect much in the way of help unless you persist. Typical Home Depot store, mailing it in, thinking they are the best game in town.

Not our closest Home Depot. Headed home from an appointment and decided to stop to pick up the kitchen sink for our kitchen remodel. Was a pleasant shopping experience. Greeted by many associates on the way to kitchen department. Need help getting the sink (on top shelf) Gentleman in plumbing helping another customer but told me to stay put. He would be right back and He was. He was pleasant and made me fell that it was not a problem to get the sink. Not always the feeling at other Home Depot. Congrats on excellent associates.

Had a most pleasant and informative visit at the hm depot the associates I delt with were friendly polite and answered all my questions and the store was clean and organized

Erin at the customer service desk was very helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help me find a product that i really wanted that you and other stores in the surrounding area were out of. We didn't have any success, but just the fact that she took the time out of her day to make phone calls and went above and beyond to help. It was very much appreciated.
