I received wonderful service on Friday, April 17th from Brian. I came in about 9:45am looking for some lumber and other supplies. Store associate Brian saw me walking around and offered to help. I told him what size wood I needed for my project and he helped me make sure that I was not choosing warped boards, as I have never picked out lumber before. He explained the difference between the different qualities of wood, but didn’t pressure me one way or another. He let me make the decision for myself. He even looked over my plans to make sure he understood just what it was I was trying to build and to better offer suggestions and advice. When I mentioned that I also needed some hinges and chains, instead of just telling me the aisle number, he walked me over and help me make my selections. Brian was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I very much enjoyed my experience at the West Aurora Home Depot today largely due to Brian and I would like to offer my sincerest thanks to him and to Home Depot for an enjoyable (and painless) shopping adventure.

TO START OUT, THERE WAS CONVENIENT PARKING. ENTERING, WE WERE GREETED BY AN ASSOCIATED AND ASKED IF WE NEEDED HELP. HE WAS TOLD ABOUT OUR NEEDS AND INDICATED WHAT AISLE THESE ITEMS COULD BE FOUND. IN ONE AISLE, ONE ASSOCIATED ASKED US WHAT ITEM WE WERE ;LOOKING FOR AND WE WERE SHOWN THE EXACT LOCATION. ARRIVING AT THE CHECKOUT CENTER, THE WOMAN IN CHARGE HELPED US IN PAYING FOR OUR ITEMS PURCHASED.

Good service and fair prices. Great selection. Great gardening section.

We live near this store and go there a lot. Every employee that we see in the store speaks to us and asks if we need help. Everyone is very friendly and knows how to answer any questions we may have.

I really like the West side store. Great selection. Shop here often and throughout the year. The spring time is the best. They have a lot of flowers and landscaping choices. I bought my new EGO lawnmower and week trimmer there this spring. Charcoal for the grill - 2 Kingsford 20# bags for less than $10. You can't beat that anywhere. Great selection of tools. Also purchased my new Milwaukee reciprocating saw there. Great price for a great product brand. They have great customer service, they always check to make sure you are finding what you need. Often joke and chat with them, including the cashiers. As you can tell I like this store. Stop over and check it out, you will too.

I have never had a bad experience in any of there departments. Every associate I came in contact with was very helpful. If they didn't have the answer or where about of an item they sought out another associate. Its nice to be able to go there and see the same associates each and every time! I really like the older gentlemen at the front door!!! Paint department has outstanding people who are always will to go the extra mile. Keep up the great work team!

Had no trouble finding what I was looking for, was assisted right away, cashier was very courteous and I was out in no time.

The Associate was VERY HELPFUL and Knowledgeable in solving my problems. He recommended several circuit breaker combination that worked out. recommended several other products that would make the project easier. Most pleased with the service.

Purchased sink repair kits. They were missing parts, had been opened and had no directions. Good people here, but triple check your purchases.

Items in stock all the time through all the many years of patronizing my Home Depot store.

Jeremy from Electrical was amazing. He went out of his way to help me. I will definately be coming back to this store because of him.

Home depot had been lacking in the past couple of years with their customer service. I am glad to see that it has come back to the way I rememeber when they first came in to our area.

I had a easy time finding what i needed to make my hiking stick award for my Cub Scouts with the help of the Home Depot team. The cashier help my son check out and made him to fell like a value guest.

Megan is extremely professional and completely skilled and knowledgeable in her field. It'd be hard to find ANY associate in kitchen design at ANY other store that could top her expertise! Extremely helpul and knowledgeable. A true professional who puts both the customer and his or her needs before anything else. The Aurora store is losing a true gem in Megan but good fortune has certainly shined down upon the Oswego store for they will soon discover their new treasure that's coming in the form of a new transfer who goes by the name of Megan.

I am a single mother who often ends up with "do-it-yourself/figure-it-out-yourself" home projects, but I know when I come to Home Depot, the friendly and knowledgeable staff is always there to help me and give me great tips! They always have everything I need! Thank you!!

I needed a 5 gallon bucket of stain for my fence and needed it to match my deck, and she did a great job.

I was buying stain for my fence, got it all mixed and ready to check out when I relized My daughter have my credit card. The cahier was very nice about holing the 5 gallons behind the counter while I drove home and got my credit card.

Several people helped me with my grill purchase and each one was very helpful.

Got what I needed in no time at all. Cashier was friendly, courteous and expedient.

The Home Deport we visited - store west aurora 1957 has always been chock full of friendly, knowledgeable employees who answer our questions, are friendly and make sure we have what we need. We have not found this at other hardware stores as consistently.

Home Depot is always a pleasure to shop even with a 2 and 3 year old in tow. The staff is very friendly and make sure the we have a safe shopping trip!
