The store is clean, employees are friendly and helpful

if you ever visit and go the customer service area please ask for GEORGE or JASON they are both supe professional and amazing with customer service! They always help your needs and are very understanding! It is because of them we come back all the time!

We arrived at the Home Depot door department on a Saturday morning, and after browsing for 10 minutes and asking the associate for help, no one assisted us with a door purchase. We needed to order something by special order, and the associate that was at the computer just said that he was busy and would help us in a minute, but then he disappeared and never came back, after 15-20 minutes. During this time, we attempted to ask other associates to call someone, but no one ever arrived, even after they called on the radio 3 times. We went to the cashier to tell her our issues and asked her to call the manager, but after 5-10 minutes, and several attempts at contacting over the radio, there was no reply and the manager never showed up. We just told her to forget about it, but it's obvious that the manager does not care, and that is why the associates do not care about customer service either. It is absolutely ludicrous that the manager cannot be bothered to even reply on the radio regarding an irate customer. What a terrible store. This is the last time we will shop at this hardware store. I'd rather travel 2 miles out of my way to shop at another mom and pop store than to give this place any more business.

Kim in hardware, at the Home Depot in Woodland Hills, is the most knowledgeable, friendly, and caring person, I have ever met at Home Depot or any other like kind store. Employees not willing to help, unprofessional and rude

If anyone needs help finding things at Home Depot in West Hills, please request employee Jason Paras! He is so efficient and helpful! He turned what could have been a miserable shopping experience into a fun and productive one! I had a list of things that I never would have been able to find. He not only took care of everything I needed, he was patient, kind and knowledgeable! Thank you Jason!!

The sales associate was more than helpful. She was the best person I have ever dealt with in any store. It was a pleasure to shop there. The flowers look great at home. Thank you.

Helpful and always clean

Worst customer service ever. It was late evening on a rainy night and store was not busy. The employees were busy playing around and talking to each other and the appliance sales woman could barely be bothered to help us. We were clearly an inconvenience. We had specifically come to this store because it said online the appliance we wanted was in stock. It wasn't. At that point we were desperate to get something purchased and settled for something not quite what we wanted because it was too hard to get her to try to help us. We bought it in spite of her, not because she sold it to us, and we will never go back.

I never hesitate shopping here for all of my diy projects because they have the items I need and the aisles are neatly organized and the store is always clean. The employees are so helpful and professional.
