Every visit is a great experience, the most recent visit was an exceptional one, great person to talk to and very knowledgeable associate that HomeDepot has, Clayton was great at helping us and giving us every detail he knew about the product, pretty much a class he taught us about the product we got from him, added to the help he did to us, I would recommend this place and I’ll shop there again. Thanks Clayton.

I really like this store. Knowledgeable and friendly people work here. It takes me about 35 minutes to get to this store, but I know there is a good chance of finding the right advice and the right products. Now, briefly, what happened on my last visit. I had to buy paint for the house. My grandchildren call the house "yellow", which determines the choice of color. The HD specialist showed a color catalog specifically for the selected paint. To my horror, there was no yellow color. Frederick Stewart (specialist) advised me not to get upset, he will manually create the desired color. And he found the right combination! I haven't met a professional of this class for a long time. Thank you, Fred, very much! I am sure that such a person can be an excellent manager!

I don't often shop at Home Depot but will now do so. The assistance I received in looking for items was fantastic. The employees were so helpful and friendly. They actually seem to enjoy working here. I have now changed my home improvement to this store!

WOW! Every single employee with whom I interacted today was amazing. Super helpful, cheerful, and made my visit a pleasure. They couldn't do enough to help. I specifically had dealings with 4 employees, each of whom had this same attitude of helpful service.

I love going to the Home Depot in Willow Grove. My husband was in the hospital for a while and I had a flood in the basement and my oven broke and purchased many items there in 2020.

Home Depot Willow Grove has the best customer service. All of the employees there are very courteous and professional. There is never a problem finding someone to help you if needed.

My original purchase was for 44 feet of molding (ID#4187 0002 94918), totaling $52.20 excluding taxes. I noticed after loading the material in my vehicle, that the cashier mistakenly charged me for 45 feet instead of the 44. I went to customer service without the material due to the inconvenience of having to unload it. I figured if verification of the error had to be confirmed, someone would come to my vehicle for confirmation. The casher ask the manager on duty could she proceed with the refund without verification, which was a total of $1.16 out of the $52.20. The manager said verification was needed. I suggested that someone go to my car and verify the length. I was refused and made to bring the total 44 feet into the store so I could get a $1.16 refund for which I was over charged. She, Melanie, made me feel like a thief and she was very customer UNFRIENDLY. If this kind a person is allowed to manage personnel, I can only imagine there will be similar experiences in the future.

While Home Depot is my preferred home improvement store, not all of them are equal. The Willow Grove, PA store is usually pretty well stocked. Organized layouts. The aisles are clear. During the last year, as expected, some supplies are out or low. Historically, this store usually has everything i need. Employees are friendly.

Ignorant and bad attitude from young black male in paint dept who acted like I was bothering him, Obvious a racial thing as I'm a older white male and he had no problem with helping a young black female. Went to competitor that is opposite of hi and I wont be back

Well organized store and correct inventory locations online

I had a really pleasant experience shopping at this Home Depot today 12/16/2020. As I picked up the batteries I was looking for, Lauren pleasantly asked me if I was ready to check out and would be happy to accommodate me at her register. I can’t say this has happened at all of my Home Depot shopping experiences over the years and at about 20 different locations. However, today was a seamless, easy and pleasant shopping experience and I really appreciated it.

I had a negative experience w/ trying to buy a washer & dryer. I went on 12/1 to buy the LG washer & dryer set using the sale price of $598 each. However, I was told that no washers were in stock and none in transit. I was told I couldn't make the order. I walked away very disappointed, as this was going to be my Christmas present to my wife. On 12/4/2020, after the sale had ended, I went into the store, decided to check again, and now all of the sudden there are 106 in stock. I spoke with MOD and called CS but no one could seem to make it right. There is a lot HD could have done to rectify the situation. It is obvious they were playing logistical games to avoid selling the units at the sale price. I was there during the sale ready to buy. But now I'm told they can't do anything. I was even willing to accept 10%/20% off coupon. And for that, I am going to do everything in my power not to shop with HD anymore. Horrible customer service experience

PRODUCTS WERE NOT EASY TO FIND, REVAMPING ISLES, THINGS ARE NOT IN THE ISLES THEY USE TO BE. ONE GOOD THING IS THEY DO SUPPLY MASKS AT THE FRONT DOOR FOR CUSTOMERS TO USE FREE.

I drive from Philadelphia to this location because the atmosphere, the people and stock is plentiful.

I love this store. I hate the Cheltenham store. It is dirty and chaotic.

I got a 1/2 board of plywood as well as 23/32 or 3/4 board of plywood- but later I realized in looking at the receipt that the cashier just put in the quantity times 2 @ $39.58!!! The 1/2 in is much lower in price- however I paid for the higher price on both items Kinda hard to prove .. and they are really usually good about check outs..... just sucked because was not trying to spend more than I needed to or was supposed to

I have found this store to have good customer service and to be neat, clean and well stocked most of the time.

The amount of help you get at this store is amazing. Chris in lumber and Mike in paints were extremely helpful in selecting the proper supplies I needed for a small project I had to do.
