Employees are very friendly here, and an employee helped me find the exact bulb for a special lamp that I am gifting. Amazing customer service! Now this beautiful lamp is ready to gift and has extra bulbs.

I had a list of six items to purchase. In the course of 10 minutes in the store, I had five different employees asked me if he/she Could help me find something. In addition, another employee offered excellent advice on one of my purchases. I was astounded with the support of the excellent, professional, personable, and accessible in-store employees. Bravo!!!

Sometimes you are at the right place at the right time. We were able to save on a piece of carpet which covered the two bedrooms in the rental we are upgrading.

The people at this store actually KNOW how to help you fix your issue and can explain to you how to do it and they teach you. Home Depot must hire and train unlike their competitor, which try to avoid helping people because they don’t know the answers to my questions!

I went to Wilmington NC, Store 3629, to purchase and have 2 sheets of plywood ripped and cross cut. Tom from Lumber assisted me with loading the sheets onto the store cart. Tom further assisted me by making accurate cuts. At check out, Peter assisted me by making sure the appropriate cost was charged.

The employees at this store are friendly, smiling, and seem to truly enjoy working there. I had several greet me and ask if I needed help.

Accurate and efficient help in the garden center checking out with multiple flat carts. Linda also reminded me to get my pro number entered which I usually forget. Tysm!

I haven't been in Home Depot in several years. I didn't find them as readily available as some of the other home improvement stores. Home Depot has changed. The store is welcoming and the employee that I had experience with was very helpful.

Love this store! Every time I come in here, if I have a question, the employee, I ask, always goes above, and beyond to take me to the section I’m looking for, even if they don’t work in that section, and always gives me advice for whatever project I’m working on. I don’t shop any other home-improvement stores except this Home Depot!

Curtis in the rug cleaner renal department was the most exceptional Home Depot employee I have ever encountered! He went out of his way to make sure I was beyond satisfied.

Visited the Carpet Dept after in-house measuring completed. The intent was to complete my carpet install order. I waited 30 minutes for a sales associate to be present in the Department despite 3 other employees attempting to summon help for me. Salesperson had an attitude and provided false information. He doesn't have a clue about the products in his department. I walked out of the store and decided to complete my order via phone with central Home Depot Carpet Representative. Worst experience I've ever had at a Home Depot.
