firstly I was happy about woods and the price. and also there are many products and good prices.

Well this store ok couls use more better customer service

I came in to swap my empty 5 gallon jugs out for replacements. I had my empty containers in a Home Depot shopping cart with a broken wheel so I was a tad bit loud as I entered the store - between the rattling of the 3 empty jugs and the broken basket and the concrete floors. Multiple people looked at me, included 3 cashiers. They watched as I walked over to the Sparklettes container rack. I swap out my jugs for new ones and search for the shortest checkout line. As I enter the main racetrack I see who was later identified as Iliana, standing looking down and texting. She then guides me over to her checkstand, all while still looking down finishing up her text message. We get to her register and she is still sending her message. She then giggles a bit about how the person did whatever it was that they did - Who knows. Anyway, She asks if I had refills. I say yes. She asks if I Told anyone I had refills. I said, “no, everyone saw me put the empty containers in the rack and get new ones.” After that, she begins to go on about how next time I need to get with one of the cashiers and notify them about getting refilled water jugs before getting in line. I smile, take my recipe and my water. Had Miss Iliana’s attention not been solely in her phone, she would’ve seen or heard that I was doing what I was supposed to. It’s hard to receive information regarding store policies from an associate that isn’t even following their own company policies.

Nobody found what I needed. A employee named EVA asked me what I needed first and she best to find it. it was really grateful that she finally found it.

Three of your Associates told us they would go to Aisle 15 to help us in just a minute. We waited and waited, none of the three showed up. Awful.

Love to shop here but would like to ser more specials in the store

Usually at any other Home Depot I’m bombarded by employees asking if I need any help finding something. I have never been asked at this store, and when I’ve asked an employee, they have never known the answer. (Simple stuff like “what isle is x”) This last visit, I spent a good hour hanging around looking for some screws and bolts. Five employees were in the aisle, none asked. The most they engaged was to ask me to move out of the way. When I asked one employee, they did not know what a barrel nut was, nor did they employ the help of an employee who might.

Well this store could use more stock of items on hand n more employees that are friendly

The product is very well organized and can be purchased in comparison to many similar products. The staff can also help explain the product. The staff there is very kind. I want to visit again.

Employees are not friendly or helpful. They only have 2 cash registers open.

Union location overall has been good. I seem to find what Im looking for everytime I visit this location as opposed to some others.
