My shopping experience at Home Depot today was amazing because I came across two wonderful employees Nico & Mairy who not only informed us of the pro services perks (bid room) but also help us save $200 on this purchase. We are so grateful for wonderful employees like them. Thank you for your help and services.

Don’t expect to find help. Associates yell at customers.

If you go, and Need help, ask for Najhi she’s the best.

The customer service here at the Woodhaven, NY store was the best I have ever experienced. The two employees, Klarida and Elizabeth, that worked with me were amazing. They were very patient and thorough. They made sure to provide the best customer care and to ensure that my order was processed correctly. They made this experience great.

This review is solely based on my experience at the paint counter. The employee there was terribly rude. I asked for help with paint/primer to which she responded by telling me just to pick a color. She also was rude to other customers who didn’t know where to stand and she told them “You see that plexiglass? That’s where you wait, that’s what it’s there for”. Overall terrible attitude and genuinely seemed to hate her job. I still have to go back for paint but I hopefully won’t encounter that worker again.

This store is very large...I have shopped here for many years and I must travel from where I live in Williamsburg, Brooklyn to get there. In all the times I have shopped here, I still do not think I have been down every aisle of the store...I could spend all day finding things I could use. I am thankful that when I have a list of things I cannot get from local stores where I live, I make a trip to Home Depot. Store is always well-stocked and your seasonal department is unmatched...no matter the season.

The store is well managed and somewhat supervised but some mistakes and overconfidense by new worker need to be addressed. We have yet to meet with the manager of the department to address some of the subsequent problems as regards the corrected order and the uncorrectable colour issue. When the new order arrives for delivery next month we hope to be made VERY HAPPY for the NEW YEAR.

I go to only one cashier who is Mercede unless she not there then the girl next to her she is very sweet and helpful with everything too her and Mercede works together like a team I noticed

I highly recommend this location--the staff here are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, helpful...the list goes on! If you value excellent customer service, then this is the Home Depot to shop in! Also, it has been stocked pretty well lately, too.

I LOVE THIS HOME DEPOT STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND EVERY THING IS IN ITS PLACE .AND MOST OF THE TIME THE WORKERS ARE HELPFUL AND ITS CLOSE TO HOME ITS A WIN WIN FOR ME.

Their employee Devika needs customer service training or be in a non-customer facing role. I’ve had two separate experiences with her in which she did not want to help. I left my item that I wanted to buy because of her behavior.

Oven breaks 7 days before Thanksgiving. PC Richards only wants to sell me- a healthcare worker, single mom-a $1200 oven. Home Depot - Glendale #1220 works diligently to find an oven to ship before Thanksgiving well within my price range. MASA - Home Depot team member and all the team members - SAVE THANKSGIVING.!!

The store has finally added more employees to help customers in locating items. Now employees are not dodging customers questions.

It's the staff at this home depot that make it a store a pleasure to shop at. Customer service team members such as Cassie are patient and understanding. Their manager's such as Stephanie are equally as helpful and take the time to listen to the issues at hand and offer solutions. Even though other stores may have products at a similar price. This home depot is a step above, thanks to it's staff. Thank you Cassie and Stephanie!

This store always having deficiency in merchandize compared with other branches. In addition, a lot of staff have bad attitude and not willing even to see your face instead of helping you -OMG! I know a new store manger got hired & I saw all hypocrite staff welcoming her > I wish she will be handling her job in such a way to improve the customer service issue & the shortage of merchandize.

Shellisa and Mercedes are the best cashiers in the store. I’d rather wait on a longer line for their help.

I have seen this store grow so much. The workers here are actually knowledgeable, and if they don’t know they either pass you to someone who does or look it up for you. If you need a kitchen remodel done go and speak with Shanay. She is amazing. Garden question speak with “ the garden lady “ Janet. She is full of knowledge. Bathroom questions speak with Chad. He knows his products.
