WE HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE. WELLINGTON WAS FANTASTIC, GREAT SERVICE WITH A WONDERFUL ATTITUDE!! WE PURCHASED A PRODUCT AND THE NEXT DAY IT WENT ON SALE. THEY HONORED THE PRICE AND REDID THE SALE FOR US. VERY SATISFIED.

Staff pleasant, experienced, and knowledgeable. My spouse and I were happy with our purchase from this store. Staff helped us through the whole entire process.

Tirza, in gardening, helped me load my car with mulch. Little did she know that I have surgery scheduled for a bulging desk. I can't thank her enough for her assistance.

Super helpful people at the paint dept,no aisles were blocked,so I could get all the products I needed.Paint lady(middle aged)really knowns her paint, explained in detail.

Always a great experience shopping in the store

We were looking for a new over the range mirowave. A friendly staff assisted us in getting the one we wanted down and they even went so far to see if we could get it in the color we wanted. Thank you we love our new product.

On 6/24/19, we purchased over $450 worth of decking supplies. When we returned home, we realized we forgot to take a 10% off coupon along. We called the store and spoke w/Wellington. He said if we brought the coupon, original sales receipt and credit card into the store, he would assist us in applying the coupon to the purchase. On 6/27/19, I returned to the store with the above three items. As promised, Wellington not only greeted me with a smile, but recalled our phone conversation and within minutes, had reversed the original purchase, rang it up again, and applied the coupon, thus saving us $42.93! Wellington is a fabulous Home Depot Team Member - very kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

The store was clean but customer service especially from Delilah and the person that she called to pull my order was by far the worst I have ever experienced. I would like to thank Pete for all the help.

Employee closed all three aisles in the paint department,then decide to go to lunch,and leave the aisles closed so no one could get any paint products,STUPID.

The Home Depot is my favorite store. Since retired I have so much to do around the house and garden and The Home Depot provides most of my needs. Friendly employees willing to help you if you need it. Fast checkout, and no hassle returns.

very helpful but price was almost double the item i purchsed compare with Lowe's.

Associates were easy to find, many walking around in several locations of store (at other home improvement retailers that is often a very different experience) and friendly without being intrusive. Store is clean and organized. Even though we were shopping for a Christmas tree and some live greens for decorating - a bit late in the season - and selection was somewhat limited, we were still able to find some suitable items.

The aisles were clear, the inside employees helpful, but once outside(assistance was requested and put through), the help was no where to be seen. I waited a fair amount of time. Disappointing.

The sales clerks are very helpful, The store is always neat and clean. A Great Experience to have!

i asked for a flat cart when i got in the store. store employee told me to go out in the rain and get one from the edge of the parking lot. so i did. if i owned home depot, my employee would retrieve a cart for a customer.

when buying a toilet an associate was very helpful and we made a purchase but in the storm door department there was no help to be found made no purchase 10/25/18 at 7;22 pm over all store was clean
