A great plant and seed choice!

Thanks for giving me a great experience at your store

I did not apricate being accused of stealing at the self check out, and when confronting the Bart the Associate about it he explain security was watching me, I was in the store for no more than 15 mins, I needed two items which I knew where they are. So my time was short, if security was watching me then I need to know what I did that was suspicious. The associate in his supervisor( Kevin) just explained that they deal with alot of thief. Then you should check every one that leaves the store. Not just one random person you say security is watching.

Not much about the plywood I bought, but the customer service was outstanding!

I love that the estimates were very timely. And when you go in to check out and pay for your things they are patient to making sure the order is correct and placing the order simply made simple.

I shop at Home Depot in a regular basis and this is by far the worst cashier I’ve had. She was in hurry and wouldn’t let me out my pro rewards number in. While she was ringing me up o tried to enter it. She hit total while I was entering it and then I asked her multiple times if she would and she just kept telling me to put my card in and pay. There was nobody behind me in line. I gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was right and they changed it to add it at the end, but no. When I asked why she just said oh didn’t understand you. So instead of asking me what Isaid she just hurried me up.

Their products have always been reliable. 5+stars, out of 5

Limited time available was efficiently utilized by Nishe. She accomplished what I wanted in short order. Well done.

The employee in lumber was extremely helpful and I informative. I described the project I was doing (building garden stairs) and he offered ideas and answered my questions. I was very pleased with my shopping experience.

I enjoy shopping at this store. Always have what I need either in store or online ordering and if its not on the shelf or in stock at that moment, someone is there to help get it to me through store pick up or home delivery. Always clean and typically there is a store associate available to assist you. They earn their business through exceeding expectations.

Say what you want, Bill in Applicances is awesome. Go see Bill if you have to buy a Washer/Dryer last min.

My visits are always productive and the employees always help me find what I'm looking for. Very friendly and willing to go an extra step to help you.

this store seems to be well stocked,no cludder ,floors very clean.

My cashier jemar (jay) was amazing. I came in a minute before the store closed because i desperately needed a snow shovel for the storm we were planning on having and he made sure I got what i needed. Above and beyond is not enough words for that moment. Thank you so much.

Employee and manager that helped my wife and I were very patient and helpful in locating flooring we needed. Even staying past closing which is highly unusual these days.

The Home Depot #4125 in York, Pa has excellent employees and specifically Ralph who is located in the Electrical Department. He is knowledgeable beyond belief and his help, direction, and skill is second to none. I shop at this store because of his help.

The lady who was a dear person assist us with the disinfectant that was not in stock she went to the top of the Isle and pulled it down for us and we purchased the box of disinfectant spray. I forgot to mention her she was in Iowa 53 or 54 we don't know her name but was extremely helpful and went out of her way we interrupted her while working beautiful lady

Usually the store is good, everything went well, the found items(Fantastik) went quick, assistance looking for an item the app & an employees item tracker said was in stock but could be found went well, assistance was fabulous. Everything would give a 5 star rating UNTIL CHECKOUT. the layout(method) of checkout is very poorly designed and handled. There is not enough room for a busy day like today. There were only 3 self checkout lines and 1 regular open and a very long line at all of them. Each line caused a 90° bend effect to form and as waiting each line would have new customers just walk up and "cut" in line. The one employee in self checkout NEVER said anything, and actually helped several of those cutting in line. I ended up waiting in the lines 20 minutes due to never being able to get in front of others in self due to others constantly cutting without the employee saying a word, and something holding the regular line. The one working in regular also never said anything to control the order it should have been. Management should have been called to help or they should have been there. This made my 5-10 minute trip a 30-45 minute trip
