Went shopping in search of 40 watt G9 halogens. They were easy to find and fairly priced.

Home Depot is my go to store for all of my Harry Homeowner projects and has been for literally decades now.

I bought a Ryobi powerwasher but it kept shutting off for the past 2 months. So I cleaned it up with soap & fabulos, just out of respect.. Told the customer service lady about the issue and that i would like to get an replacement, I told her i have the receipt. All i need is a replacement which is A Simple transaction. She alert the manager who examined the powerwash, and then told me that it smell like soap in the gas tank. I said come on please dont do that. Why would I put soap in a gas to return it. He was so rude & disrespectful for no reason. I called Zac the manager to the side and ask why are u doing this? He said, he was a contractor, he knows the BS that contractor use to do. I shake my head and leave the store. I went to the near nearest store and they replaced my washer with no problem. Zac, I believed u profile me because I'm black.

I am happy I bought this lawnmower with protection plan and I am happy I did.

I went to Home Depot on several different occasions to buy Gallons of Paint and other Home Improvement Products. I was very satisfied with the Great Service I received from the Clerk that waited on me. I made various visits and every time it's been very pleasant. The clerk was kind, friendly very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions. Every time I come to the Home Depot Store # 2562 It's always a great and wonderful Experience. I receive Great Outstanding Service every time I visit the Home Depot for my Home Improvement Items. The Store is always Clean, Friendly Workers, Workers are very Knowledgeable, Kind and go above and beyond getting the job done. This Store deserves a 5 Star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Anytime I’ve picked up paint from any location, it’s always been slow and annoying. Danny in Paint changed that this last trip, great personality, very helpful & patient. I’ve been going to this Home Depot for 7 years and I’m finally leaving a review because of the great experience I had today. Completely turned my morning around.

Dear Home Depot: I just left your store in Bowie MD and wanted to let you know about my shopping experience. I came there to purchase paint for a new paint project and after selecting my paint and supplies. As I was pushing my cart to leave the self checkout, my cart suddenly stopped and an alarm went off. The Home Depot employee said to me, "It's not you, it's the cart." He proceeded to push a button on his device and pushed the cart forward and said, "Have a nice day." What just happened?! I have been shopping at Home Depot for years and recently in the Ellicott City MD location and never have I had a shopping cart stop me for a search of my items as if I was stealing. I noticed no other customers were stopped and I have never had this type of experience in the Home Depot located in Ellicott City MD. It was confusing at first and when I realized it was intentionally done because of your installed system, it became extremely offensive. It was at this moment I also noticed the language on the cart stating the cart will stop working beyond certain perimeters of the parking lot if it is out of range of the store. Who decided that this system was the best approach in an attempt to deter theft? I did not steal anything as the employee saw me ring up my purchases. However, I don't take lightly being treated like a criminal when none of the other Home Depots have treated me that way. I will never step foot in this location ever again because of the way I was treated. But I send you this communication to ask you to take a serious hard look at this type of security practice to be sure that Home Depot Customers are treated with respect if they choose to spend their money in your establishment now and in the future. This is an outrage and extremely offensive because this practice is not at all store locations, just apparently certain ones? This is not right and is a terrible way to treat Home Depot Customers. No customer should ever be treated in this fashion in a veiled attempt to address an obvious security issue which is at this store location in Bowie MD. This sends the wrong message. Please fix it immediately. Thank you.

I have found the workers at the Bowie Home Depot very helpful. The store is clean and well stocked.

I was looking for this product all over PGC, the only place i could find it was this location. This store always has products that's being advertised online were other stores does not.
