I'm getting new bathroom countertop, faucet and sink. I'm putting the faucet to the side of the sink, not the traditional way at the back of the sink. In case the hot/cold supply lines of the faucet are not long enough to reach the valves, can I use this to extend the supply lines?

In the specs diagram -- 1-½" Max at the base of the faucet, at the end of supply line is ½" IPS Connections.

Thank you.

Answer:
Hello HouseCat,
You can link supply lines to make longer runs but the ideal situation is to not have to. More links in the line equal more potential leak points. I've included a link below to a 30" supply line that might help solve your problem. Beyond that you will also need a threaded nipple or adaptor to link the supply lines together. I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Chris

many inspectors will fail them. they test by taking a lighter and if they melt they fail.. then I am not only out the cost of these but some cities cost an additional inspection fee for return visits. be careful where you install these.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product I used this supply line for a new bathroom sink installation. It was used with their 1/4-turn angle valve for iron pipe # G2R17XC1 which accommodates the 3/8in. compression fitting. This supply line does not kink. Could not be happier. April 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Use if your countertop is higher and/or pipes are lower than usual Well made connector assy, good seal to stops and faucet without excessive tightening needed. Looks like stainless steel wrap on exterior in picture, but it is plastic as indicated in description.
