I know it has a Black and a white conductor but does it have a bare ground or green wire ground also??

This Armored Cable is 110lbs for 1,000 feet, so 250' is approx. 27.5lbs for each coil.

I am going to build a wood shop and need a couple outlets i the middle for table saw and another piece. Can I use this for that purpose or do I need to run romex in conduit?

No, Type MC-Lite is not permitted to be embedded in concrete.

The definition of a wet location in the NEC includes installations underground or in concrete slabs in contact with the earth. A conduit installed in a concrete slab in contact with the earth is a wet location.
Type NM Cable installed in a conduit that is installed in a concrete slab that is in contact with the earth is a wet location and not permitted by the NEC. Read Less
