Answer:
You could put various sizes stakes behind fence, every few feet. Use garden wire, zip ties etc to secure. Paint ties to match fence color. Just a thought.

1 in. D x 6 ft. H x 8 ft. L Stained Mahogany Rolled Bamboo Fence is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 28.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tall, dark, and handsome But really...I bought this bamboo fencing to attach to my deck and give me some more backyard privacy. It is made of very sturdy and thick bamboo. The color is a rich dark wood tone. The height is perfect, and for my project, more than enough length. My only complaint I guess would be that the bamboo is not quite close enough to one another for total privacy, you can see through the little spaces between which are about a quarter of an inch apart. I looked around locally and the price was competitive even with shipping cost.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice! I bought a roll of this bamboo to wrap around a 6x6 posts I installed for a shade sail...Its adds just the right amount of flair I was looking for!...the one downside I found was that the mahogany stain on the bamboo will bleed a bit when wet...not a huge deal...but annoying...overall I'm very satisfied!...delivery was as promised, and the bamboo, in a large box and weighing approx 65lbs, was not damaged in any way...they are wrapped up very nicely in the box...no damage. I would definately recommend this if your on the fence...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to install, looks great! A great cost-effective, easy to install fencing option - I simply zip-tied the fencing to existing chain link fence. Installed it myself in an afternoon - I'm a 28 yr old physically fit woman. It was easy to cut the fencing for my needs as well. Didn't give 5 stars because there are some cracks in the bamboo here and there, and when it rains DO NOT TOUCH! The stain runs off, but I haven't seen the color change much.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solved An "Eyesore Fence" Problem Well Our back neighbor suddenly decided to tear down his hold wooden fence and replace it with a 6' silver chain link. Ugly enough, but they used the part of the yard we now had to view as a dumping ground for all their unused toys, paint cans and junk. We got the Bamboo fence rolls to reduce visibility and block off the new view. It arrived in good condition and we wired it in ourselves with 18 ga wire - using the new fence to support it (and we even asked their permission, which they didn't do for us...). Took about a day to set up 64 feet and it created a nice visual block. When the light falls on their side, you can still see through it, so maybe the 2" size would have been better to reduce visibility. But it is acceptable. The bamboo made all kinds of pops for the first day or so, when the sun hit it, but has not cracked or shifted. (We used 4-5 wire wraps, spaced ~2' apart horizontally, with an extra set at each end). Good value for this purpose.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bamboo Fence Strong but Very Purple This bamboo fencing seems fine - is sold at about market rate if you include shipping prices - if you exclude the free shipping it is a bit expensive. It is hard to find bamboo fencing in the Northeast - much easier in California. As I understand it, bamboo can grow pretty much anywhere, so it would be preferable if this bamboo came from somewhere in the USA than China. However, the quality of the bamboo is definitely good. The stain on the bamboo however is very purplish when you select the Mahogany color. It also comes off all over your hands when handling the stuff, so I am concerned that in the rain and weather the stain will be washing off into my soil and the color of the fencing may even fade. This is to say, I think this product is good, but wish that the stain were more color-fast and hope it is non-toxic.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from poor The fence has a beautiful deep color when you first install it. However, even after sealing it, the color fades to a bland yellow gold. I would never spend the money and the time it took to install this product again. Dont be fooled.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from handled roughly or made that way I got this product and it is VERY dark, almost black. I can't see red in it like my other order of same brand and color. Some of the bamboo has cracks in it, looks like maybe the shipper's threw the $50 pound boxes around a bit. My customer in her late 80's cannot see well and she says: "Put it up!" If it were mine, I would have sent it back for a refund!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from An excellent alternative to lattice I'm really glad that I ordered the "pre-stained" option for this bamboo product. It matched my Veranda composite decking quite well. I used the bamboo to "skirt" the underneath portion of my new deck. The deck surface is approximately 5' above the ground. This leaves all of the sub structure exposed. Who wants to look at beams and posts, and cross bracing! This bamboo "fencing" installed very easily, below the deck surface. It really adds to the overall quality of the project.
