It is clear that the Granite is the reason for the $900 and up price on this vanity. It arrived with the front cabinet kicked in and the doors scuffed. The overall appearance was nice but the wood felt soft and cheap. There were many scratches in the wood, but not the finish, telling me that the wood can be easily scratched. I have returned this item and will be looking elsewhere for a higher quality vanity. Also, the drawers completely fell out when moving, detached from rails.

This vanity is very attractive and very well made. I purchased it for an addition we're having built, so I can not address the faucet installation at this time but plan to have a professional plumber install it. It is one of the better made vanities we've looked at and the dark granite top makes it look even nicer. Extremely pleased with this purchase, was able to buy it on sale! Will update review after installation if we have any issues.

Nice quality. Drawer space was not listed when I bought this and I had no idea about that. There is a full width pull out bottom drawer, the middle is a cupboard with lots of storage space and the top drawer is also useable. The sink has a pop up drain cover and an overflow opening. I am happy with it. It appears to be sturdy and I believe it will hold up well. It was pricey so I hope it does.

The backsplash is 41 inches. the vanity top is 42,25. The back opening it too small for the plumbing to fit, so you have to make a few cuts. Too, you will need to make another cut for the drain. Whoever designed this vanity, did not think of fuctionality and easiness of use. Do not buy it
