The rustic charm of aged, handcrafted hardwoods is recreated in our distressed collection. Proprietary staining and distressing techniques give this floor a charming, weathered and aged look. Part of the beauty of hardwood is the natural variations in color and tone that occur from piece to piece; no two real hardwood boards or trims are exactly alike. Bruce hardwood flooring is manufactured from premium, select hardwoods and finished using world-class manufacturing techniques to enhance beauty and durability. The engineered structure offers a beautiful yet durable floor that can be installed on any grade level. Bruce flooring is produced under rigorous environmental standards and is CARB II and Lacey Act compliant. With a minimum of 60 quality checks, you can be sure that Bruce is the hardwood choice for beauty and durability for generations.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful addition to our home. We love it!! I installed this distressed finish hardwood floor in my kitchen and breakfast nook about 2 years ago. Last year, I purchased more and installed it in my main bath and hallway. My most recent purchase was to extend it into one of the bedrooms. The distressed finish adds so much texture and beauty to the room, and it hides the fact that I may not have cleaned in a few days (or weeks). It's gorgeous, and I get many, many compliments on it's beauty. October 25, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love the look and ease of installation! I installed this flooring about a year ago and decided to wait to leave a review. I purchased it because I liked the idea of having a plywood(stable) substrate, how the distressed finish looked, and the wide plank. I still love the stuff but I think it is for certain situations and mine would not be one. I installed it in my living room dinning area which gets the most traffic in the house, including my 65 lb dog. The dog easily scratches the finish but being it is a distressed look I can easily repair it with a black marker and some poly. The biggest con I have found with it so far is that the veneer will separate from the plywood substrate if too much water is allowed to set on the wood. When washing make sure to use as little water as possible, also if you have a dog and they have an accident on it you best be home to clean it up right away. I have spots in my floor that cannot be repaired because of the veneer separation but I knew this could be a problem when I installed it. All in all I think this product would be great in a none animal homes or rooms that do not see a lot of traffic. October 22, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice distressed flooring we did and extra guest bedroom and it came out great. The floor has gotten many compliments. We were nervous buying online as we ready had no idea what the floor would look like other than the small online photo. It came out better than I had thought. May 2, 2011
