Answer:
Thank you for contacting Cerro with your product inquiry. I would suggest you utilize Homedepot.com's search function if you have not done so already. You can change the location to your zip code area you can find the nearest Home Depot. If you are unable to find any local Home Depot's with the product, unfortunately we are not able to ship the product to you direct.

I purchased this replacement plug because I usually use an extension to power my leaf blower. The plugs on my extensions often loosen through repeated use causing the blower plug to disconnect easily. The Stay Plugged Replacement plug has worked well for the period of time over which I have using it; for approximately 2 weeks every other day. The thumb button used to connect and disconnect the male end to the Stay Plugged plug is very convenient to use but may become damaged if repeatedly dragged over the ground; probably needs some sort of guard to protect the button. Time will tell if the stay plugged feature will hold up to the constant tugging and dragging on the ground which occurs while using the leaf blower.

Extension cord that I use to connect my Toro leaf blower. The male plug on the Toro has a 1 inch deep circular plastic ring surrounding its plug. I have to force the female end on the extension cord into the Toro to make a connection. Either the ring on the Toro should be slightly larger on plug on the extension cord be slightly smaller. Because of the tight connection I cannot engaging the locking feature on the plug which was the feature that influenced my decision to buy the plug.

The "Stay Plugged" feature of this replacement end for repairing a damaged extension cord makes it better than all the rest. It really does work removing what used to be an aggravating occurrence when using cored power tools - tool instantly going dead when cord is snagged and plug separates from tool.

I have used the twist locks before but my power tools don't have twist locks. When I pull my saw or hedge trimmer there are times it comes unplugged. This locking cord end works great.

The locking function works as advertised. This is a much better solution than twisting the ends of two extensions onto a knot to keep them together. I am pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ends Accidentally Pulled Plugs I grew tired of the plug accidentally pulling from my electric edger that I use while plugged in to a 100-foot, heavy-duty extension cord. My outdoor use extension cord has thick, heavy-duty insulation and 12-gage stranded copper wires. I purposely cut the otherwise perfectly good end plug off of the extension cord to install this product. The plug was easy to install following the instructions provided. The openings into which the wires are to be inserted are adequate in size for the wires if the screws are loosened fully and if the stranded wires are twisted tightly before insertion, even for thick 12-gage wiring. The screw clamping devices inside the plug hold the three wires very, very firmly. Heed the instructions and do not tin the wires to make them easier to insert. If tinned, the wires might loosen due to dimensional changes with repeated use. This plug is designed so that it clamps the cord itself very firmly when two screws are tightened to specification. I tested the installed plug by putting it to use to edge my drive and sidewalk. The edger stayed plugged in to the extension cord despite my repeated tugs on my edger cord to go around trees and to clear shrubs. This is a well-designed, quality product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Clever Really great idea. Beats tieing the cords together.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feels solid, easy to use This is a good-quality replacement cord end that includes a locking feature. It's easy to use: remove two screws on the back for the cord lock, and two on the front to open it up. You then clamp each of your 3 wires into place using a traditional electrical clamp (note this is only for use with copper wire) and reassemble it. For those who like detailed directions, the directions include all the specifications including how many inch-pounds to torque the screws to. As for the locking mechanism, you hold in the big button on the top while plugging in or unplugging the cord. I will note that while effective, the locking mechanism isn't a true lock. It greatly increases increases the friction, but if you pull hard enough you can still pull a cord out without pressing the button.
