Premium Series 16 ft. x 7 ft. 18.4 R-Value Intellicore Insulated Solid Ultra-Grain Cherry Garage Door is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cut corners somewhere else Bought a 16 and 8 clopay premium garage door. I hired a outide contractor to install doors. He opened the hardware kit and laughed. The hinges were paper thin. The rollers were cheap non ball bearing. But most disappointing were the springs. They would maybe be sufficient for a non insulated door. Needless to say my installer made a trip to his distributor and got the hardware that should have come with a PREMIUM door. 200 dollars later and that was his cost I have a great looking garage door. The door itself is high quality but I cannot recommend with the hardware that comes with it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor workmanship You might get lucky and get some panels that are property built, or you might not, just the luck of the dice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from extension spring not coil spring These doors come with an extension spring not a coil spring. There is a reason every other manufacture switched to coil springs back in the 1950s. Home depot said they could get me coil spings but it would cost $300 extra. Extension springs are noisy and do not perform well. Basically is's just a glorified rubber band.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality garage door Door was delivered to my home by a very courteous delivery man. Installed with no problem by our handyman.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Springs are not good. Door came with tension springs not torsion springs. It was also only supplied with one spring per side which is not strong enough to operate this insulated door properly. Called Home Depot, waiting on additional parts now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst service ever I had requested for a brand new Garage Door Installation service from Clopay (through Home Depot) and I'm completely dissatisfied with their service. It's been a month & they don't have our garage door ready yet. Seriously? One month to install a new garage door of STANDARD size & color? I would rather pay more to a local vendor next time & have it installed in a week. Slow like a snail and they just don't care to expedite the process even if you ask them for. Please note: I'll revise my rating once the garage door is installed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Doors, but The doors were easy to install. Fit, form, and finish are all great. Two things bother me about the kits. You would think ALL required hardware should be required with the doors. The required 1/8" cable clamps were not included, therefore a $10 trip to the hardware store was required to safely finish installation. Problem two is the size of the extension springs included. The springs provided are barely adequate for the weight of these insulated doors. I will be replacing the springs with heavier springs to make opening the doors manageable by an average person.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from QUALITY DOOR BUT... Door has the best R value available and with foam injected core it should also be more dent resistant! Overall It's a great door. Three things kept this door from getting 5 stars: (1) One panel had some dents/kinks in it. Fairly insignificant since it's only on one panel and, on the inside. Looks like a packaging band was over-tightened to cause issue. (2) I had to remove and re-install the steel reinforcing brackets on the ends of a few panels. They were not properly aligned and I was unable to install the hinges. (3) CAME WITH EXTENSION SPRIGS, NOT TORSION SPRINGS! This was not my fault for not catching it. A competitor was selling this exact door under another brand name for $30 more but, it also included an operator bracket. Competitor advertised ez-set torsion springs and an operator bracket. I didn't need the bracket so, I bought it from Home Depot. Home Depot's description didn't mention the springs.
