This is the third closet shelving system I have installed in the house. I like them more each time. As long as you follow the instructions, you won't have any trouble putting it up. Also, it is surprisingly sturdy considering it is just made of stamped/wire steel components.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bond007 Great Product But Needs Support
This shelving is an inexpensive and well built product, HOWEVER, if it is being installed in drywall you need to attach the ends and middle (if long shelf over 4 feet) to studs. Otherwise, with anything on them other than extremely light weight objects will pull loose from the wall. So it's a good choice if you install properly. Remember, drywall is just thick cardboard, even if you have 3/4". ATTACH TO THE STUDS!!!!

This kit was easy to assemble in my garage holds my extra laundry products up top and I can hang my clothes to dry on the rod. Its very sturdy and was a great price!

I like having more shelving space in my camp trailer. The plastic coated metal shelf just fit the bill. Sturdy enough to store heavier items like pots and pans and canned goods. It was just the right length too.bI can use the closet rod in my small batroom.

Horrible product. The 45 degree support's do not hold the shelving empty. The support brackets don't have the right angle when attached to the racking so it just slips through. Bad design and low quality.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sandy Great shelve choice
This shelf was the exact size I needed to complete a room project. I wanted to mount a shelf that was strong and stable down low so that the daycare children could hang dress-up clothes on it and use it every day. The shelves had to withstand the full weight of 2-4 year olds without ripping from the wall. This shelve is very easy to install if you do not have to cut it to fit. It requires a hack saw or bolt cutters to cut the wire shelving to get it to fit. Make sure you have the right dimensions before you purchase on or purchase on at the store and have them cut it for you. They will gladly do that for you at no extra cost, just not 20 cuts cause that will cost you. The brackets that hold the shelves at the base are easy to install in a straight line and the brackets that support the shelves from under shelves are also very easy to install. Make sure you have some type of level to insure that the shelf is level so when you lay something on it that it does not roll off. I placed this shelf at the height that the kids could hang and get clothes they wanted and the top was used for hats and other clothes. It is sturdy and the kids have not pulled it down, yea!. I like this style because everything comes in the kit and is very east to install. It turns an ugly closet from dull to a sharp looking storage space that allows you to see what you need to get with ease. Great product.

So I went to purchase this system last night at the local Home Depot and they have the best service. I made a couple of other purchases while I was in the store as well. I went home to install this shelving system for my now 2 year olds bedroom. The directions were so concise its easy to understand. I didnt even use a drill. I used my rubber mallet and the screws that came with the shelving kit. It took about an hour or so for me to install it. (My 2 year old kept moving the parts from upstairs to downstairs)
I actually like this shelving kit better than the builders grade that is already installed in the closet. As you can tell in the picture the builders grade shelf is the top shelf and it limits how much you can put on the shelf because it doesn't have a rod.
The shelving kit has a rod that has no limits or brackets and you can hang a lot more on the rod.
I should have installed the shelving kit lower but I will re position it later down the road.
I am very happy and please with this shelving kit with closet rod and would recommend this to anyone who wants to add more storage in their closet.
