Answer:
Ease is a relative term. If you can unscrew the bottom finial holding up the glass and then change out the bulbs, from that standpoint, it's relatively easy to do.
But that would be if you have access to it, either via a ladder or step stool.

2-Light Rustic Iron Semi-Flush Mount Light is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 60.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Oops! Make sure you have the instructions and all the right hardware when purchasing your kit. When I got it home the mounting instructions were not in the box. I did not have a long enough spindle to accommodate the lights bulbs when assembled. The bulbs were against the glass shade or unable to be screwed in unless the lamp was disassembled. I had to purchase a longer spindle to make it work. I do like the look of it now it's up, but did not appreciate the extra work to make it right.

We had quite a few new fixtures installed by an electrician, so I cannot speak to how easy it is to install. However, I love this light! It looks amazing on and off. If you like the rustic look or industrial look, you will love this fixture!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent light Now with light bulbs switching over to CFL's or LED's, I prefer light fixtures like this that hide the light bulbs. The new bulbs may be more energy efficient, but they are ugly and are better hidden. This fixture has a very nice design and looks great. The only problem I had is that I wanted to put this in an entry way by a door that had an 8 ft ceiling. This fixture hangs down 12" from the ceiling, and it looks like the door might actually hit the light when it opens. There is really about 4" clearance, so it will work, but it looks too low for an 8 ft ceiling. Then I found out you can pretty easily remove a 3" spacer shown in the attached picture. It is just a cover that covers a threaded rod. You can either get a shorter threaded rod or cut the existing rod down. This will raise the bottom of the light to 9" below the ceiling, which is perfect for an 8 ft ceiling. The price is good and you get a designer look for a budget price.
