Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Raymond This product is not for outdoors, don't waste your time
I used this product last summer, scraped and prepared my house wooden window sills and frames. By this spring, all the paint had peeled off leaving a white powdery substance. At first I was not sure it was the primer or the Dap spackling. I prepped the windows again using this product on the cracks etc yesterday. On purpose I left some out to dry in order to test how it would take moisture as rain was forecast the next day. It went to mush just like drywall compound. DO NOT USE THIS OUTSIDE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even though the label states INTERIOR/EXTERIOR You will totally waste your time as it will need to be done again. It might work well inside, it is easy to sand, but that is it.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by WrigleyDave Very thin product, you will need multiple coats
The color change works like a charm, but as a spackle... it doesn't fill gaps, nail holes (even thumb tack size), screw holes of any kind--the product is extremely thin, like pink ketchup. Every single hole will dimple as it dries forcing multiple coats. Since it is only good for extremely fine cracks, I cannot recommend this product, use CrackSHOT instead.

We have used this product as a leveling agent prior to putting down vinyl, nail holes, it is the BEST spackle I have ever used!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Kc Impossible to get out of tube!
I agree with the other reviewers! The paste is so difficult to get out, even stepping on it with my foot only squeezed out a small dot of compound... Do not buy!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bear I love this product!
I see others complain that it is hard to squeeze the product out of the tube.
If you have any strength at all, it will not be a problem.
If I needed more, I would agree that getting it in the plastic jar would be a good idea but a little went a long way.
I have a wooden mail box post that is older and a bit cracked and weathered.
I like the consistency of this product, not at all sloppy to apply.
Kind of like modeling clay.
Goes on pink and dries to white when it's ready to sand or paint!
Finished off the mailbox with some paint from HD and it looks great.
Used a little more to fill the holes left when I had to remove two plastic wall anchors from my
concrete block garage walls. Won't even need to paint since it dries white.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Homer Crimp end was not sealed, made huge mess on carpet.
I was filling numerous holes in the wall when I discovered the crimp end split open and oozed lots of compound all over my carpeting. Huge mess, I recommend something else.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Jordan Not a great product
I purchased this to fill some nail holes and some holes from some very small wall anchors. I could not even get the paste to come out of the tube. It had already partially dried inside the tube before I cut off the tip. It is 70 degrees inside my condo, so it isn't an issue of being stored in cold temperatures. I even tried to sit the tube in hot water for an hour to make the paste more pliable. This paste was not workable at all, causing me to discard the tube altogether.
I have used the regular Drydex spackle that comes in the 1 pint container before, and know that that is a good product. This tube, however, is not.
